چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي رابطه بين نهادهاي سه گانه دانشگاه صنعت دولت و طرح هاي پژوهشي كاربردي صورت گرفته است و با اثبات وجود رابط بين اين دو متغير ميتوان با حمايت از همكاري هاي بين نهادي به ارتقاي سطح علمي و فني طرح هاي پژوهشي كاربردي كمك نمود روش اين پژوهش از نوع مطالعات علم سنجي و كاربردي است و با بهره گيري از شاخص شناسايي پيچه سه گانه دانشگاه صنعت دولت به بررسي اطلاعات متقابل در بين نهادهاي سهگانه صنعت دولت دانشگاه و طرحهاي پژوهشي كاربردي نمايه شده در سامانه سمات كه به دبيرخانه شوراي عالي علوم تحقيقات و فناوري وابسته است ميپردازديافته ها پژوهش حاضر نشان ميدهد كه بين دو متغير پيچه سه گانه و طرح هاي پژوهشي كاربردي رابطه وجود دارد در صورتي كه نهادهاي وابسته در پيچ سه نهاد صنعت از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار است و حمايت مادي و معنوي از اين نهاد ميتواند باعث ارتقاي سطح طرحهاي پژوهشي كاربردي و توليد بيشتر اين دسته از طرحهاي پژوهشي شود همچنين مدل مورد تييد در اين پژوهش مدل صنعت دولت دانشگاه است
چكيده لاتين :
This study aimed to investigate the relationships between the triple helix (University- Industry-
Government) and applied research projects by proving the existence of relationship between these two
variables, as well as promoting the technical cooperation between institutions
Methods: this applied science study investigated the mutual information between the triple helix
(University- Industry- Government) and applied research projects indexed in the science policy
research center affiliated to Samat, which is the best database for indexing applied research projects,
using T (UIG) indicator. Also, scientific networks of the applied research projects were plotted to
show the importance of some institutions, which are better to support.
Conclusion: According to the present study, there are some relationships between the triple helix and
applied research projects, but these relationships are less than developed countries. Although there is
no significant relationship between these two variables, investigation of triple helix can help applied
research projects. Among the three institutions including Industry, Government, and University, the
industry is the most important part, which promoting this part of the triple helix can improve applied
research projects.
