Complex adaptive systems theory is an analytical tool of order in complex environments and chaos

اصولاً جهاني شدن به عنوان يك فرايند اجتماعي، محدوديت‌هاي خاصي را بر تحليل واقعيت‌هاي اجتماعي تحميل مي‌كند. افزايش پيچيدگي سيستم‌هاي اجتماعي كاهش فهم پديده‌ها را به دنبال دارد. همزمان ابزار مفهومي روابط بين‌الملل نيز هم در سطح تحليل و هم در حوزه عمل ناقص و ناكافي است، كه تاييد كننده ناكارايي چارچوب مفهومي، براي عمل در پيچيدگي فزاينده واقعيت‌هاي اجتماعي مي‌باشد. از اين رو مقاله حاضر با مفروض قرار دادن پيچيدگي در جهان واقعي اين پرسش را مورد بررسي قرار داده است كه كدام تئوري قدرت تبيين تحولات حادث از پيچيدگي شدن سيستم بين‌الملل را دارد؟ ماحصل پژوهش حاضر اشاره به اين دارد كه غيرخطي بودن، ذاتي پديده‌هاي سياسي است و مفروضات خطي كمك زيادي به فهم و تحليل پديده‌هاي غيرخطي جهان واقعي نمي‌كنند. بنابراين با توجه به پيچيدگي حاكم بر سياست بين‌الملل و پديده‌هاي جهان واقعي به نظر مي‌رسد تئوري سيستم‌هاي انطباقي پيچيده قدرت تبيين تحولات حادث از پيچيدگي شدن سيستم بين‌الملل را دارا باشد.

In principle, globalization, as a social process, imposes certain restrictions on the analysis of social reality. Increasing the complexity of social systems leads to a reduction in the understanding of phenomena. At the same time, the conceptual tool of international relations is both incomplete and inadequate in terms of analysis and in the field of action, which confirms the ineffectiveness of the conceptual framework, to act in the increasing complexity of social reality. Therefore, the present paper, with the assumption of complexity in the real world, has examined the question of which theory of power is the explanation of the evolution of the complexity of the international system? The result of this study is that non-linearity is inherent in political phenomena and linear assumptions do not contribute to understanding and analyzing the nonlinear phenomena of the real world. Therefore, given the complexity of international politics and the real world phenomena, the theory of complicated adaptive systems of power seems to explain the evolution of the complexity of the international system.
