Reviewing the condition of Social Capital and its Aspects among the Clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي وضعيت سرمايۀ اجتماعي در‌ميان كاركنان فرماندهي درياباني استان بوشهر است و جامعۀ آماري تحقيق را كليۀ كاركنان فرماندهي درياباني استان بوشهر تشكيل مي‌دهند. از اين جامعه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي، نمونه‌اي شامل 280 نفر انتخاب شده است. روش پژوهش، از‌گونۀ كمّي، توصيفي و از‌نوع مطالعات پيمايشي است و در آن از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده كرده‌ايم. براي سنجش وضعيت سرمايۀ اجتماعي و ابعاد آن در‌ميان كاركنان، پرسشنامۀ 27‌سؤالي محقق‌ساخته را به‌كار گرفته‌ايم كه بر‌اساس مدل ناهاپيت و گوشال (1998) طراحي شده است. به‌منظور تعيين پايايي و روايي ابزار از تكنيك‌هاي آلفاي كرونباخ و تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده شده و نتايج تحقيق، بيانگر پايايي و روايي مطلوب ابزار است. براي تحليل داده‌ها از تكنيك‌هاي توصيفي (شاخص‌هاي مركز و پراكندگي) و استنباطي (آزمون‌هاي t تك‌نمونه و فريدمن) با به‌كار‌گيري نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده كرده‌ايم و نتايج پژوهش، بيانگر آن است كه: - وضعيت سرمايۀ اجتماعي در‌ميان كاركنان فرماندهي درياباني در استان بوشهر در‌سطح 01 /0، معنادار و مطلوب است؛ - وضعيت ابعاد شناختي، ساختاري و رابطه‌اي سرمايۀ اجتماعي در‌ميان كاركنان فرماندهي درياباني استان بوشهر در‌سطح 01 /0، معنادار و مطلوب است؛ - وضعيت رتبه‌بندي ابعاد سرمايۀ اجتماعي در‌ميان كاركنان فرماندهي درياباني استان بوشهر در‌سطح 01 /0، متفاوت و معنادار است.

The current study is to review the condition of Social Capital and its Aspects among the clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province. Under study statistical society includes all the clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province. Among whom 280 person were chosen with classified random sampling. Research method is quantitative, descriptive and survey. Research tool is questionnaire. Therefore to assess the condition of social capital and its Aspects among the abovementioned Clerks, a 27-questions scholar-made questionnaire was designed based on Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1998) model. Cronbach’s alpha and factor analysis were used to determine reliability and validity of this tool and results showed a desirable reliability and validity for this tool. To analyze data using SPSS , descriptive techniques (center indicators and strewment) and inferential (one-sample T-test and Freedman tests) were used. Results show that: • The condition of social capital among the Clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province is meaningful and desirable in 01/0 level. • The cognitive, structural and relational condition of social capital among the Clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province is meaningful and desirable in 01/0 level. • The condition of rating of social capital among the Clerks of Vice Admiral Policing Command of Bushehr Province is meaningful and desirable in 01/0 level.
