چكيده فارسي :
«مهدي حائري يزدي» در كتاب «حكمت و حكومت» به تشريح فلسفه سياسي خود درباره رابطه حكومت و مردم پرداخته است. درون مايه نظريه حائري يزدي در باب وكالت مالكان شخصي مشاع را مي توان تلاشي نظري به منظور تبيين مالكيت شخصي و مشاع، حاكميت مردمي حكومت، وكالت دولت از سوي شهروندان، ابتناي مشروعيت حكومت به نظر مردم و پاسخگو بودن حكومت به مردم و نيز توجه به نقش و جايگاه متقابل دين (فقه) و سياست دانست. اين نظريه با عنوان «وكالت مالكان شخصي مشاع» معروف شده است. مهدي حائري يزدي بر پايه مطالعه در زيست طبيعي و تاريخي انسان كوشيده است تا با رويكردي متفاوت، به توضيح رابطه مردم با حكومت بپردازد. هدف اين مقاله، بررسي نظريه وكالت مالكان شخصي مشاع، بر اساس الگوي تحليلي نظريه هاي سياسي است. بنابراين اين پرسش را مورد كاوش قرار مي دهد كه آيا نظريه وكالت مالكان شخصي مشاع بر اساس معيارهاي چهارگانه امكان توليدكنندگي، راهبردهاي توليد، شيوه توليد و نوع توليد از اعتبار لازم برخوردار است؟ اين مقاله با بهره گيري از مطالعه كتابخانه اي و روش توصيفي - تحليلي به ارزيابي نظريه مهدي حائري يزدي پرداخته است. بر همين اساس مفروض اين مقاله آن است كه يك نظريه سياسي، زماني معتبر خواهد بود كه ضمن پاسخگويي به پرسش هاي اساسي اين پژوهش، از توانمندي قابل قبولي در ارزيابي بر اساس معيارهاي چهارگانه يك نظريه سياسي خوب برخوردار باشد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه علي رغم تلاش هاي مهدي حائري يزدي، اين نظريه نارسايي ها و نقصان هايي دارد كه در اين پژوهش به آنها پرداخته شده است. پس از مروري بر اين نظريه، تلاش شده است تا انديشه سياسي وي را در بستر ارزيابي يك نظريه سياسي بررسي كنيم. در مجموع در ارزيابي انديشه سياسي حائري، با عنايت به پاسخ هاي وي به چهار سوال اصلي كه به يك نظريه سياسي شكل مي دهد و نقدهاي واردشده بر آن و با لحاظ معيارهاي چهارگانه امكان توليدكنندگي، راهبردهاي توليد، شيوه توليد و نوع توليد به ارزيابي اين نظريه اقدام شده است.

In his book Wisdom and Government, Mehdi Haeri Yazdi explains his political theory about relation of government and people. The theoretical theme of Haeri’s view of delegacy of collective proprietorships can be considered as theoretic effort to establish collective proprietorships, the republic sovereinty of government, government’s people-warranted authority, delegacy on behalf of people, foundation of government’s legitimacy based on people’s opinion, and government’s being coresponsible for its people as well as paying attention to the mutual role and status of religion and politics. This theory is titled “Delegacy of collective proprietorships”. Based on his studies in the natural and historical life of humanbeings, Mehdi Haeri Yazdi has tried to portray a different view of the mutual relationship between people and government. The goal of current study is to analyze Theory of collective proprietorships based on analytical framework of political theories. Therefore, the question it poses could be phrased as “Is the theory of collective proprietorships credible with regard to the fourfold criteria of possibility of production, production strategies, means of production, and the type of production?” Using library research techniques and descriptive-analytical approach, this study has analyzed Mehdi Haeri Yazdi’s views. To this end, it is presumed that a political theory is credible when side by side with answering the questions in this study, lends itself properly to evaluation of the fourfold criterion. The findings of this study demonstarte that despite Haeri Yazdi’s sincere efforts, his theory suffers from shortcomings that are pointed out in this study. Following a review of his theory, we have tried to analyze his theory with regard to political theories. Overall, viewing Haeri’s political theories, taking into consideration his answers to the four major questions that form a political theory, its received criticism—still with regard to the fourfold criteria—his theory is analyzed.
