Designing a Model for Acquisition International Seats in Sport by the Representatives of Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحي و تدوين مدل كسب كرسي هاي بين المللي در ورزش توسط نمايندگان ايران بود. پژوهش حاضر ازنوع آميخته بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه ها، روساي فدراسيون ورزشي، مديران، ورزشكاران و نمايندگان صاحب كرسي ورزش بود كه در زمينه كرسي هاي بين المللي، دانش و تجربه لازم را داشتند (495N=). در بخش كيفي پژوهش، 25نفر به طور هدفمند و در بخش كمي بر مبناي جدول مورگان 220 نفر به طور تصادفي براي نمونه تحقيق انتخاب شدند. براي دست يابي به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه 55 سوالي محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه به تاييد 20 تن از متخصصان مديريت ورزشي رسيد و روايي سازه آن با تحليل عامل تاييدي مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه نيز در يك مطالعه مقدماتي با 30 آزمودني و با الفاي كرونباخ 83/0 محاسبه شد. براي تحليل داده ها از روش آماري توصيفي و استنباطي از جمله KMO ، بارتلت و تحليل عاملي اكتشافي با چرخش متعامد، تحليل عامل تاييدي و مدل سازي معادلات ساختاري با كمك نرم افزار AMOS وSPSS23 استفاده شد. در مدل عوامل كسب كرسي هاي بين المللي ورزشي توسط نمايندگان ايران شش عامل به ترتيب اولويت عامل ارتباطي با (932/0) ، حرفه اي و شغلي (927/0) ، اقتصادي (903/0) ، اجتماعي- فرهنگي (901/0) ، مديريتي (830/0) و سياسي (779/0) وجود دارند. همچنين، مدل به دست آمده از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود. مدل به كار گرفته شده، مدل نظري قوي براي طراحي مدل عوامل كسب كرسي هاي بين المللي ورزشي توسط نمايندگان ايران است.

The study is to formulate and design a model for acquisition effective international seats in sports by the representatives of Iran.The method of study was mixed. The statistical population of this study includes the faculty members of universities, sport federation presidents,managers, athletes and sports seats representatives who have the necessary knowledge and experience in international sessions(n=495). In the qualitative phase, 25 individuals were selected purposefully and in quantitative phase, a sample of 220 people was chosen based on Morgan table.The instrument was a 55-item structured questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by 20 sports management specialists and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0/83.For data analysis the descriptive statistic and inferential statistics methods including KMO, Bartlett exploratory factor analysis with orthogonal rotation and structural equation modeling by application of AMOS and SPSS23 software were used. The results showed thatthere are 6 factors as effective components contained within international sport seats were prioritized as follows:communicative(0/932), economical (0/903), social and cultural(0/901), administrative(0/830) and political(0/779) are evailable.The model was derived from appropriate fitness. The model captured a strong theoretical model for the design of effective international sports seats by the representatives of Iran.
