كارايي نسبي اكوسيستم كارافريني گروه هاي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي با رويكرد توليد دانش كارافريني ( كاربرد تحليل رابطه ي خاكستري)

از آنجا كه امروزه يكي از شاخص هاي اصلي سنجش توسعه يافتگي كشورها، سهم يك جامعه در توليد دانش است، ارزيابي عملكرد واحدهاي آموزشي و به تبع آن ارتقاي كارايي آنها اهميت دو چندان يافته است. توسعه علمي يك منظومه دانشگاهي، نيازمند توسعه اكوسيستم و فضاي كارافريني به صورت بنيان هاي نظري، تبيين و تدوين چارچوب هاي مفهومي و الگوهاي تجربي، و بهره گيري از روش شناسي هاي پژوهش علمي مقتضي است تا از رهگذر آن، سنت و هنجارها، بنيان ها، فرآيندها و مرزهاي آن منظومه نهادينه شودو به توليد دانش نوين كارافريني منجرشود از آنجا كه موفقيت در هر دانشكده ي نيازمند اندازه گيري عملكرد و برنامه ريزي براي بهبود آن است، در اين تحقيق هدف اندازه گيري كارايي نسبي و رتبه بندي گروه آموزشي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي ايران كه شامل 12 گروه است با استفاده روش تحقيق تحليلي كاربردي و روش تحليل پوششي داده ها از جمله مدلهاي مضربي BCC و CCR وتحليل رابطة خاكستري به كمك نرم افزار WinQSB و Deap 2.1 است براي تعيين ضريب كارايي نسبي ازرويكرد خروجي محور و براي مقايسه و رتبه بندي گروه آموزشي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي كارا از تحليل رابطة خاكستري استفاده شده است. يافته ها نشان داد كه 34 درصد از گروه آموزشي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي مورد بررسي، براساس مدل CCR و 48 درصد براساس مدل BCC ، داراي كارايي در توليد دانش كارافريني و سايره گروهاي آموزشي از كارايي نسبي در توليد دانش كارافريني برخوردارهستند. براساس تحليل رابطه خاكستري گروه هاي ترويج و آموزش كشاورزي دانشگاه گرگان،رازي،اهواز،زنجان ،بوعلي سينا ،تهران و تربيت مدري به ترتيب در توليد دانش كارافريني كارا هستند.

Today, one of the main indicators in the assessment of development in countries is their share in producing knowledge .Thus, performance evaluation of educational units, which in turn leads to efficiency enhancement, has gained significant importance. Because the success of each faculty requires performance measurement and planning to improve it, Performance Appraisal of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Departments Agricultural Extension and Education in Entrepreneurship Sciences production using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) his descriptive analytical study was done in 2016. A researcher-designed form was used for datacollection Departments Agricultural Extension and Education In this research, the aim of measuring the relative efficiency and rankings of the Iranian Agricultural Extension and Education Training Group, which consists of 12 groups, is using the applied analytical research method and the data envelopment analysis method, including BCC and CCR multiples models, and Gray Relationship Analysis with WinQSB software. an‎d Deap 2.1 have been used to determine the relative efficiency coefficient of the output-driven axis, and for comparing and ranking the effective education and training group, Gray relationship analysis has been used. The results showed that 34% of the education and training education group under the CCR model, and 48% based on the BCC model, have the ability to generate knowledge of entrepreneurship and the educational groups, have a relative efficiency in the production of knowledge of entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of Gray's relationship, the promotion and education groups of the universities of Gorgan, Razi, Ahvaz, Zanjan and Tehran are effective in producing knowledge of entrepreneurs.
