تاملي در چيستي اقتصاد اسلامي و نسبت آن با تئوري‌هاي اقتصادي

A contemplation on the Islamic economy nature and its relation with economics theories

در چند دهه اخير، در جهت كشف قابليت هاي دين اسلام در عرصه هاي گوناگون از جمله اقتصاد و استخراج و تبيين هرچه شفاف تر معرفت اقتصاد اسلامي، كوشش هاي بسياري شده است اما هنوز ابعاد فراواني از معرفت اقتصاد اسلامي ناشناخته يا در خصوص آن ها اختلاف نظر است. ماهيت و چيستي اقتصاد اسلامي از آن جمله مي باشد. در اين مقاله سعي شده است ضمن بررسي نظرات منتخبي از انديشمندان حوزه اقتصاد اسلامي در خصوص چيستي و ماهيت اين معرفت و با تبيين نوع ارتباط و مفاهيم مربوط به نظام و نظريه پردازي علمي به جمع بندي آراي آنان پرداخته و به اين پرسش كه اقتصاد اسلامي چيست؟ و چه نسبتي با تئوري هاي اقتصادي دارد؟ پاسخ داده شود. نتيجه آن شد كه اقوال و عقايد محققان درباره هويت اين معرفت در سه دسته كلي جاي مي گيرد؛ دسته اول شامل كساني مي باشد كه تاليفاتشان در زمره احكام اقتصادي است، گروه دوم شامل آن هائي است كه معتقدند اقتصاد اسلامي علم است و دسته سوم، شامل افرادي است كه معتقد به ايجاد و برقراري نظام اقتصاد اسلامي هستند. مقاله حاضر با ارزيابي نظرات گروه اول و دوم درباره ماهيت اقتصاد اسلامي، نگرش گروه سوم را با اقامه ادله اي مي پذيرد. ضمنا اثبات مي كند نمي توان واژه علم به معناي پوزيتيويستي آن را به اقتصاد اسلامي نسبت داد و تبيين علمي از اقتصاد اسلامي به دست نمي آيد مگر نظام اقتصادي اسلام كشف و ايجاد و در صحنه عمل پياده شود.

In the last decades, many efforts have been made in order to explore Islam’s abilities in various fields such as economics, and to elucidate and explain the knowledge of Islamic economics. However, many dimension of the knowledge of Islamic economics is not known yet, or there is disagreement about them; such as the nature and quiddity of Islamic economics. Therefore, in this paper, it has been tried to wrap-up the comments of scholars to answer to these question: ‘what is Islamic economics?’ and ‘what relation it has with the theory of economics?’ through reviewing the thoughts of a selection of Islamic economics scholars about the nature and quiddity of Islamic economics and by explaining the relationship and the concept of the system and scientific theory. The result is that views and the opinions of researchers about its nature fall into three general categories; the first group includes seven of them that their essays is among economic judgments, the second group consists of eight individuals who believe that Islamic economics is a science, and the third category consists of six people who believe that Islamic economics is a system. This paper rejects the opinions of the first and the second group about the nature of Islamic economics and accepts the third group attitude by adducing evidences. In addition, it proves the term science cannot be attributed to the Islamic economics and scientific explanation of Islamic economics cannot be achieved unless the Islamic economic system be discovered and implemented in practice
