تحليل اثرات افزايش توليد بخش كشاورزي بر ساير بخش‌ها و گروه‌هاي درآمدي، با استفاده از رهيافت تحليل مسير ساختاري

Analysis the effects of increasing agricultural production on other sectors and income groups with using structural path analysis approach

بخش كشاورزي يكي از مهم‌ترين بخش‌هاي اقتصاد ايران است كه سياست‌هاي توسعه و گسترش آن مي‌تواند به افزايش قابل توجه توليدات ساير بخش‌هاي اقتصادي منجر شود. از سوي ديگر افزايش سرمايه‌گذاري در اين بخش درآمد‌ گروه‌هاي درآمدي شهري و روستايي را بيشتر از ساير بخش‌هاي اقتصادي افزايش مي‌دهد. در اين تحقيق با استفاده از ماتريس حسابداري اجتماعي سال 1390 و بهره‌گيري از رهيافت تحليل مسير ساختاري، به بررسي چگونگي تحقق اثرات توسعه و گسترش بخش كشاورزي بر توليد ساير بخش‌ها و درآمد گروه‌هاي درآمدي پرداخته شده‌است. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه مسيرهاي توليدي نهادي ميزان بيشتري از تاثير همه‌جانبه‌ي بخش كشاورزي را بر ساير بخش‌هاي اقتصادي آشكار مي‌كنند. از سوي ديگر مسيرهايي كه توسعه و گسترش بخش كشاورزي بر گروه‌هاي درآمدي را آشكار مي‌كنند بيشتر شامل بخش كشاورزي، درآمد مختلط و جبران خدمات و گروه‌هاي درآمدي هستند. هم‌چنين مسيرهاي كمي شامل مازاد عملياتي مي‌باشند.

The agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors in Iranian economy, whose development and expansion policies can lead to a significant increase in the output of other sectors of the economy. On the other hand, increasing investment in this sector will probably increase incomes of urban and rural groups more than other sectors of the economy. In this research, using the social accounting matrix of 2011 and using structural path analysis approach, we examine the effects of the development and expansion of agricultural sector on the sectors production and income of the sectors and income groups have been investigated. The results of this research show that institutionalized production paths reveal a greater degree of global effect of the agricultural sector on other sectors. On the other hand, the paths that reveal the development and expansion of the agricultural sector on income groups include agriculture, mixed incomes, and compensation for services (labor) and income groups. Also, few routes include operating surplus (capital).
