بررسي ميزان مهارت‌هاي اخلاقي دانشجويان دانشكده دندانپزشكي دانشگاه شاهد با استفاده از ابزار فهرست مهارت‌هاي اخلاقي

Evaluation of Moral Skills of Undergraduate Dental Students at Shahed University Using a Questionnaire

محيط و فضاي حاكم بر يادگيري نقش مهمي در فرآيند و كيفيت آموزش دارد، اخلاق پزشكي نظامي ساختارمند در راستاي ارائه راه‌كارهاي مناسب براي حل مشكلات اخلاقي در زمينه علوم پزشكي است كه رشته دندانپزشكي به عنوان يكي از شاخه‌هاي علوم پزشكي از اين امر مستثني نيست. تعهد افراد به اخلاق حرفه‌اي و تصميم‌گيري بر اساس چارچوب اخلاقي كه سلامت بيمار را در اولويت قرار مي‌دهد، از جمله مسؤوليت‌هاي يك فرد حرفه‌اي است كه با توجه به شواهد هنوز مشكلات زيادي در آن به چشم مي‌خورد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي ميزان مهارت‌هاي اخلاقي دانشجويان دانشكده دندانپزشكي دانشگاه شاهد با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه «Moral skill In ventory» در سال تحصيلي 94-93 مي‌پردازد. روش پژوهش بررسي مقطعي تحليلي است و جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه دانشجويان ورودي سال‌هاي 88 تا 92 دانشكده دندانپزشكي شاهد مي‌باشند. براي گردآوري داده‌هاي مورد نياز از پرسشنامه‌هاي بسته پاسخ ساختارمند استفاده شده و جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماري SPSS 20 استفاده گرديده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه درك كلي دانشجويان از مجموع چهار حيطه اخلاقي (حساسيت، استدلال، يكپارچگي و شجاعت اخلاقي) نسبت به سطح ايده‌آل آن بسيار پايين‌تر مي‌باشد و در اين بين حساسيت اخلاقي نسبت به ساير حيطه‌ها وضعيت بهتري را نشان داده است.

The environment and climate ruling learning has a significant role in the process and quality of teaching. Medical ethics is a structured system toward presenting appropriate solutions for solving ethical problems in Medical Sciences and dentistry as one of the branches of medical sciences is not excluded from this rule. Peoples’ commitment to professional ethics and making decisions according to ethical framework which places priority on a patient’s health, are among the responsibilities of a professional person; however, according to the existing evidences, still there are some problems in this regard. The aim of the present study is to examine the extent of ethical skills of students of School of Dentistry of Shahed University by using Moral Skill Inventory in academic year of 2014 – 2015. Research method of this study is a cross-section-analytical method and statistical population of this study is consisted of all the students who have entered School of Dentistry of Shahed University during the time frame of 2009 to 2013. For data collection, questionnaires with close-end structured questions were used and for data analysis SPSS20 statistical software was used. Research findings indicated that students’ general perception from four ethical dimensions (moral sensitivity, moral reasoning, moral integrity and moral courage) have a lower level than the ideal level and among them, emotional sensitivity has a better level comparing to other dimensions.
