انقلاب اسلامي ايران رخدادي در چارچوب هويت ايراني- اسلامي و داعيه‌دار ساماني از توسعه و پيشرفت تمدني بر اساس اين هويت ملي و ديني بود. اما امروزه علي‌رغم گذشت چهار دهه بحث در مباني و اصول توسعه و پيشرفت اسلامي از يك سو و پشت سر گذاشتن شش برنامه جامع توسعه از سوي ديگر، شاهد شكاف ميان واقعيت تاريخي و اجتماعي انسان ايراني با اين مباني و پيشرفت مورد نظر مي‌باشيم. بررسي منطق دروني اين ناسازه يكي از مهمترين هدف‌هاي پژوهش حاضر مي‌باشد. اين مقاله در صدد است با استفاده از روش تحليلي و در چارچوب نظريه اسپريگنز پرتوي بر منطق دروني برنامه‌هاي توسعه در ايران پس از انقلاب افكنده و ارتباط راهبرد اقتصادي اين برنامه‌ها را با هويت ايراني- اسلامي بررسي نمايد. نگارنده با فرض گسست‌ناپذيري مفاهيم «هويت»، «عدالت» و «توسعه» در منطق انديشه سياسي، به بررسي ناسازواري­ راهبرد اقتصادي برنامه‌هاي توسعه و سياست تعديل اقتصادي با هويت ايراني­- اسلامي پس از انقلاب مي‌پردازد. در پايان نيز با ارائه رويكرد قابليتي آمارتياسن به توسعه، به بررسي برخي امكانات آن در پرادزش الگوي توسعه مورد نظر در گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي خواهيم پرداخت.

The Islamic Revolution of Iran was an event hapened within framework of Iranian-Islamic identity ، claiming a system of development and civilization based on this national and religious identity. But today, despite four decades of discussion on the principles of Islamic development and progress on one hand, and expriencing six comprehensive development programs on the other hand, we stil see space between historical and social reality of Iranian people with these basic principles and advancements. Inspection of internal logic of this paradoxical phenomenon is one of the most important goals of this research.The main aim of this article is discussion on the internal logic of development programs in post-revolutionary Iran in the framework of Spragens theory using an analytical approach, and the relation between their economic strategy and Iranian-Islamic identity has been investigated, as well. We have investigated the paradoxical economic development strategy with Iranian-Islamic identity after the Islamic Revolution while the concepts of “identity", "justice" and "development" are assumed inseparable. Finally, according to the capability approach of Amartya Sen to development, examine some of Possibilities in the Processing pattern of development in the Islamic Revolution Discourse.
