چكيده فارسي :
در دوره بلوغ، نوجوانان با اختلالات طيف اوتيسم با چالش هاي مختلفي روبه رو مي شوند و بنابراين نيازمند مداخلات و آموزش هاي ضروري در زمينه هاي مختلف هستند. لذا مطالعه مروري حاضر، تحقيقات مداخله ي در ارتباط با مشكلات رفتاري، ارتباطي، اجتماعي، جسمي و جنسي نوجوانان با اختلالات طيف اوتيسم سنين 16-12 سال را بررسي مي كند.
در اين پژوهش مروري، 39 مقاله بين سال هاي 2018-2000 بررسي گرديد. جستجوي الكترونيك با كليدواژه هاي فارسي؛ اختلال طيف اوتيسم، نوجواني، بلوغ، مداخلات و درمان، مشكلات رفتاري، ارتباطي، اجتماعي، جسمي و جنسي و كليدواژه هاي لاتين شامل؛Autism Spectrum Disorder, Adolescence, Puberty, Intervention, Treatment Therapy Communication, Sexual Behavioural, Social, and physical Problems در پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي داخل؛SID, Magiran, Iranmedex و خارج كشور Google Scholar, PubMed Science Direct, Elsevier انجام شد.
نتايج نشان داد كه در هركدام از حوزه هاي رفتاري، اجتماعي، ارتباطي، جسماني و جنسي، مداخلات موثري وجود دارد و در پژوهش هاي مختلف در فرايند مداخله از والدين، همسالان، معلمان، نوجوان و تكنولوژي در جهت رسيدن به اهداف مداخله استفاده شده است.
به نظر مي رسد در ارتباط با مشكلات نوجوانان با اختلالات طيف اوتيسم نياز به انجام تحقيقات بيشتر ضروري است. به ويژه در ايران، اكثر تحقيقات در ارتباط با كودكان با اختلالات طيف اوتيسم است و با فقدان تحقيقات كاربردي در ارتباط با مشكلات دختران و پسران با اختلالات طيف اوتيسم و خانواده هاي آن ها در دوره بلوغ و نوجواني روبه رو هستيم.
چكيده لاتين :
Adolescents with autism spectrum disorders face many challenges in puberty, and therefore
require interventions and training in various fields. The present review study examines
interventions in relation to behavioral, communicational, social, physical and sexual problems
of adolescents with autism spectrum disorders in ages 12-16 years.
In this review article, published 39 articles were reviewed between years (2000-2018),
Electronic search in two languages: Persian and English with keywords (Autism Spectrum
Disorder, Adolescence, Puberty, Intervention, Treatment, and Therapy, Communication,
Sexual, Behavioral, Social, and physical Problems) were conducted on internal databases (SID,
Magira Iranmedex) and abroad (Google Scholar, PubMed Science Direct, Elsevier).
The results showed that there are effective interventions in each of the areas of behavioral,
social, communicative, physical and sexual and in various studies has been used from parents,
peers, teachers, teenagers and technology to achieve intervention goals.
It seems that further research is needed in relation to the problems of adolescents with autism
spectrum disorders. Especially in the Iran, most studies are related to children with autism
spectrum disorders, and there is a lack of applied research in relation to the problems of boys
and girls with autism spectrum disorders and their families during puberty and adolescence.
