Principal Components Calculation and Comparison of them with Measure of Dependency Based on Entropy

In this article, after introducing random measure of dependency, with collecting data in relation to agricultural developing indexes, first we calculate principal components based on correlation, variance matrix and specify the influenced variables. Then with minimizing dependency measure based on entropy, we specify the influenced variables, and reduced the data dimension. The results show an acceptable correlativity.
