ارزشيابي داروخانه ها به منظور مطابقت فعاليت داروخانه ها براساس استانداردهاي تعريف شده توسط معاونت غذا و داروي وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشكي، ارتقاي كيفيت ارائه خدمات دارويي در داروخانه ها، ايجاد رقابت با تشويق و ايجاد انگيزه بيشتر در ارتقاي خدمات بهينه، كسب رضايتمندي شهروندان، كاهش شكايت مراجعين از داروخانه ها، تبيين نقش و اهميت رعايت قوانين، دستورالعمل ها و نظارت هاي كارشناسان صورت مي گيرد. روش كار در اين مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي جامعه آماري شامل كل داروخانه هاي شهرستان فرديس استان البرز در دو سال متوالي 96-97 مورد ارزشيابي قرار گرفتند و از روش مشاهده و امتيازبندي براي گردآوري داده ها استفاده شد و ابزار گردآوري داده ها چك ليست دستورالعمل ارزشيابي داروخانه هاي كشور بوده است. يافته ها براساس يافته هاي حاصل از اين مطالعه، بالاترين امتياز كسب شده استانداردهاي ارزشيابي داروخانه،1500 و كمترين امتياز كسب شده 620 بود. در مطالعات آماري صورت گرفته، مشخص شد در نيم سال نخست سال 97 نسبت به سال گذشته، ميزان تخلفات داروخانه ها كاهش يافته به طوري كه كاهش 12% در نگهداري داروي تاريخ گذشته، 15% در عدم حضور مسئول فني و 40% در عرضه داروي قاچاق مشاهده مي شود. نتيجه گيري براساس نتايج اين مطالعه، ارزشيابي مستمر داروخانه ها، ضمن رتبه بندي داروخانه ها در ارائه خدمات دارويي، به ارتقاي هرچه بيشتر كيفيت فعاليت هاي مراقبت دارويي كمك مي كند.

Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, a total of pharmacies in the city of Fardis- Alborz were evaluated for 96 consecutive and 96 consecutive years. The method of observation and scoring was used for data collection. The data collection tool was a checklist for assessing pharmacies in the country. Results: Based on the findings of this study, the highest score obtained by the pharmacy appraisal standards was 1500 and the lowest score was 620. In statistical studies, it has been noted that in the first half of the year 97 compared to last year, the rate of pharmacy violations decreased, such as a 12% reduction in the maintenance of the past history, 15% in the absence of the technical officer and 40% in the supply Drug trafficking is observed. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the continuous evaluation of pharmacies, while rating pharmacies in the provision of pharmaceutical services, will help to further enhance the quality of pharmacovigilance activities.
