پيامدهاي تغيير ژئوپليتيكي اقليم كردستان عراق در امنيت مرزهاي غربي ايران

Consequences of the geopolitical change of Iraqi Kurdistan climate in the security of Iran's western borders

ايجاد امنيت و حفظ آن در مناطق مرزي يكي از مهمترين مسائلي است كه كشورها با آن روبه ­رو هستند. چالش‌هاي امنيتي در مناطق مرزي منشأ درون‌مرزي يا برون‌مرزي داشته و در قالب‌هاي نظامي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، سياسي شكل مي­گيرد. تحولات صورت گرفته در كشورهاي هم‌جوار مي‌تواند تبعاتامنيتي براي همسايگان خود در پي داشته باشد. با توجه به اهميت امنيت در مناطق مرزي هدف اين پژوهش شناخت پيامدهاي تغيير ژئوپليتيكي اقليم كردستان عراق و تأثير آن بر امنيت مرزهاي غربي ايران مي­باشد. روش پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي و براي جمع ­آوري اطلاعات از اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و همچنين تحليل گزارش‌هاي ارائه‌شده در خبرگزاري‌ها و سايت‌هاي معتبر ملي و بين‌المللي استفاده گرديد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد با توجه به شباهت‌هاي قومي، زباني، مذهبي و فرهنگي بين اقليم كردستان عراق و استان‌هاي غرب كشور، هرگونه تغيير و تحول در اين منطقه بازتاب‌هايي در حوزه امنيت مناطق مرزي غرب ايران دارد. نتايج نشان مي­دهد كه تغيير در ژئوپليتيك اقليم كردستان عراق باعث تحت تأثير قرار گرفتن امنيت مناطق مرزي غرب ايران در سه حوزه امنيت سياسي، امنيت اقتصادي و امنيت فرهنگي شده است.

Establishing security and maintaining it in the border areas is one of the most important issues facing countries. Security challenges in border regions are of intra-border or cross-border origin and are shaped in military, cultural, economic, and political formats. Developments in neighboring countries can have security implications for their neighbors. Given the importance of security in border areas, the purpose of this study is to understand the consequences of geopolitical change in Iraqi Kurdistan climate and its impact on the security of Iran's western borders. The research method was descriptive-analytical and library documents were used for data collection as well as analysis of reports submitted to national and international reputable news agencies and sites. The findings show that due to the ethnic, linguistic, religious and cultural similarities between the Iraqi Kurdistan region and the western provinces of the country, any changes in this region have a reflection on the security of the western border areas of Iran. The results show that the change in the geopolitics of Iraqi Kurdistan has affected security in the western border areas of Iran in three areas: political security, economic security and cultural security.
