چكيده فارسي :
افزايش جمعيت كشور در طي چند دهه گذشته و افزايش عرضه نيروي كار در مقابل تقاضا براي آن باعث شده است تا موضوع بيكاري و اشتغال به مهم‌ترين موضوع مورد بحث در برنامه‌هاي توسعه كشور تبديل گردد. بخش قابل توجهي از شاغلين هر كشوري، به‌خصوص در كشورهاي در حال توسعه، در حوزههاي روستايي به كار مشغول هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي اشتغال پايدار منطبق با سياستهاي كلي اشتغال ابلاغ‌شده از سوي رهبر معظم انقلاب در بخش كشاورزي به انجام رسيده است. پژوهش از نوع آميخته اكتشافي بوده و داده‌هاي كيفي به كمك مصاحبه از خبرگان و داده‌هاي كمي به كمك پرسش‌نامه از كارشناسان در اين حوزه جمع‌آوري و به كمك نرم‌افزارهاي اطلس. تي[5]، در بخش كيفي و اس.پي.اس.اس[6] و اموس[7] در بخش كمي، تجزيه‌وتحليل شدند. يافته‌ها منجر به شناسايي عوامل اثرگذار و عوامل زمينه‌اي و واسطه‌اي و در نهايت طراحي الگوي اشتغال پايدار در بخش كشاورزي شدند.
چكيده لاتين :
The increase in the population of the country over the past decades and the increase in the supply of labor force against demand has made unemployment and employment a major issue under discussion in the national development programs. A significant proportion of workers in each country, especially in developing countries, are employed in rural areas. Meanwhile, the present study aims to design a sustainable employment pattern consistent with the meta employment policies stated by the Supreme Leader in the agricultural sector. The research is an exploratory mixed one, the qualitative data of which is gathered through experts' interviews and quantitative one is gathered by means of questionnaire from experts in the field, and they are analysed with Atlas Ti Software in the qualitative sector, and SPSS and Amos Software in the quantitative part. The findings led to the identification of the effective factors, underlying factors and intermediary factors, and ultimately the design of a sustainable employment pattern in the agricultural sector was fulfilled
