ادراك متخصصين از رگه هاي شخصيتي تاثيرگذار در گرايش افراد به كودك آزاري: يك مطالعه پديدارشناسي

Specialists' perception of the effective personality traits in the tendency of people to child abuse: A phenomenological study

كودك‌آزاري، يكي از شايع‌ترين معضل‌هاي رواني _ اجتماعي است كه وقوع آن تحت تاثير علل و عوامل مختلفي در ابعاد درون‌فردي، بين‌فردي و محيطي قرار دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي رگه‌هاي شخصيتي تاثيرگذار در گرايش افراد به كودك‌آزاري از ديدگاه متخصصين مشاور، روانشناس و مددكار اجتماعي بود. اين مطالعه به روش كيفي و با استفاده از رويكرد پديدارشناسي تفسيري انجام گرديد. جامعه موردمطالعه در اين پژوهش شامل تمام متخصصين حوزه سلامت رواني و اجتماعي شامل مشاور، روانشناس و مددكار اجتماعي در دانشگاه‌هاي تهران، اصفهان و سازمان بهزيستي كل تهران در سال 1397 بود كه در زمينه كودك‌آزاري تجربه پژوهشي و درماني داشتند. روش نمونه‌گيري نيز نمونه‌گيري هدفمند بود كه طي آن از بين جامعه موردنظر تعداد 16 نفر براي شركت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند و موردِ مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. همه مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و سپس خط‌به‌خط دست‌نويس شد و درنهايت با استفاده از روشِ تحليلِ تفسيري ديكلمن، آلن و تانِر تحليل گرديد. 16 مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته انجام شد و تحليلِ داده‌هايِ حاصل از مصاحبه منجر به شناسايي و طبقه‌بنديِ 4 مضمونِ اصلي شامل گرايش‌هاي ضداجتماعي، گرايش‌هاي مرزي، گرايش‌هاي روان‌رنجوري، گرايش‌هاي پارانوييدي و 25 مضمون فرعي در زمينۀ رگه‌هاي شخصيتي تاثيرگذار در گرايش افراد به كودك‌آزاري از ديدگاه متخصصين گرديد. پژوهشگران و برنامه‌ريزان حوزه مسائل رواني و اجتماعي مي‌توانند با درنظرگرفتن زمينه‌سازهاي رگه‌هاي شخصيتي شناسايي‌شده، برنامه‌هاي پيشگيرانه و درماني جهت كاهش شكل‌گيري اين خصايص تاثيرگذار در گرايش افراد به كودك‌آزاري طراحي و اجرايي كنند. همچنين متخصصان حوزه ازدواج و خانواده نيز مي‌توانند با درنظرگرفتن خصايص و نشانه‌هاي شناسايي‌شده، افراد در آستانه ازدواج و مزدوج را از خطرات اين خصايص آگاه كنند تا بتوانند با تصميم‌گيري درست از تجربه تبعات مخرب اين خصايص نظير تجربه خشونت در خود و فرزندان خود جلوگيري كنند.

This study aims at identifying the effective personality traits in the tendency of people to child abuse on specialists' point of views consultant, psychologist and social worker. This study is carried out using of interpretive phenomenological approach. The study population includes of counselor, psychologist & social worker in Isfahan & Tabriz Universities & Tehran's Welfare Organization in 2018 that have experience in research & treatment in child abuse issue. Sampling method is a targeted one in which 16 subjects, out of population, are selected & interviewed. All the interviews are recorded, and finally it is analyzed based on Dickelmann, Allen, & Tanner interpretive analysis method. The analysis of the interview data resulted in the identification & classification of four main themes includes of Anti-social tendencies, Border tendencies, Neuroticism tendencies, Paranoid tendencies and 30 sub-themes related to the effective personality traits in the tendency of people to child abuse on specialists' viewpoints. The researchers and programmer of the field of social and mental issues could by consideration the underlying recognized personality trait, designate and conduct the therapeutic and preventive program for reducing the shaping these influential traits in tendency of individual to child abuse. Also the specialists of the family and marriage field could by regarding the recognized traits and symptoms, inform the people on the verge of the marriage about the dangerous of these traits that could by right decision making prevent the experiencing the destruction consequences of these traits such as experiencing the asperity in self and their children.
