چكيده لاتين :
A HVDC system is a nonlinear system and there exists uncertainty in this system. Therefore fuzzy logic control is a powerful tool for this system. In this paper the conventional proportional-integral control system loops for the local controller in high voltage direct current converters are replaced with fuzzy logic based controllers. A typical model represented by "CIGRE BENCHMARK^ has been considered for this purpose. Fuzzy logic is used in HVDC system in two ways. One of them is indirect control to adjust the PI controller gains and the other method is direct fuzzy control in HVDC system. Simulation results show that in the fuzzy logic based approach, system performance has a considerable improvement over the conventional PI controller.
