تحليل مؤلفه هاي اثرگذار بر مشاركت شهروندان در ادارة امور شهرها نمونۀ موردي: مناطق هشت گانۀ شهر اهواز

(Analysis of factors affecting the participation of citizens in the government of cities (case study: eight areas of Ahvaz

مشاركت از مصاديق كُنش اجتماعي است و تمامي احكام و عوارض آن را نيز داراست. كنش اجتماعي عبارت از همۀ حالات فكري، احساسي و رفتاري كه جهت‌گيري آن‌ها بر اساس الگوي جمعي ساخت­ يابي شده‌اند. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، تحليل مؤلفه‌هاي اثرگذار بر مشاركت شهروندان در ادارۀ امور شهري كلان­شهر اهواز است. جامعۀ آماري پژوهش را كليه مناطق هشت‌گانۀ شهر اهواز تشكيل مي­دهد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 384 نفر به ‌عنوان حجم نمونه براي تكميل پرسش­نامه انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل داده ­ها از نرم­ افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نمونه‌گيري نيز متناسب با حجم در مناطق هشت‌گانۀ شهر اهواز تعيين گرديد. يافته‌ها حاكي از آن است كه بيشترين و كمترين ميزان مشاركت بين مناطق 3 و 1 به‌ترتيب با ميانگين 15/72 و 9/71 در 9 مؤلفه بوده است. نتايج ضريب همبستگي پيرسون نشان داد كه بين سن پاسخگويان و ميزان مشاركت آنان با سطح همبستگي (0/211) اختلاف معني­داري وجود دارد، اما با آزمون من وتني رابطۀ بين جنسيت و ميزان مشاركت رد شد. آزمون رگرسيون خطي ساده نيز نشان داد كه پايگاه اقتصادي- اجتماعي به‌عنوان متغير مستقل تأثير زيادي بر متغير وابسته (مشاركت) دارد؛ همچنين اين آزمون با سطح اطمينان 95 درصد فرض اين­كه هر چه رضايت اجتماعي شهروندان بيشتر باشد، مشاركت آنان افزايش مي­يابد، تأييد كرد. تحليل واريانس يك طرفه نيز گوياي آن است كه افزايش آگاهي شهروندان، مشاركت بيشتر آنان را به ­دنبال دارد؛ همچنين آزمون همبستگي كندال نشان داد كه بين اعتماد اجتماعي و مشاركت رابطۀ معني ­داري وجود دارد و در پايان مدل تحليل مسير، حاصل نرم ­افزار AMOS معني­داري تمام مؤلفه ­ها را به جز مؤلفۀ جنسيت تأييد مي‌كند.
