تحليلي بر پراكنش فضايي امنيت شهروندي در شهرهاي استان يزد

The analyze on spatial distribution of citizen security in Yazd province cities

در عصر حاضر كه عصر فراپيچيدگي ها نام گرفته است، امنيت يكي از مسائل اساسي توسعه در جوامع انساني محسوب مي‌شود. به بياني ديگر امنيت، پيش‌نياز هرگونه توسعه اجتماعي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و سياسي محسوب شده و با سطح پيشرفت جوامع در ارتباط است. و اين امر بدان دليل است كه آگاهي از وضعيت امنيت ساكنان يك اجتماع نقش موثري در شناخت چالش‌ها و راهكارهاي توسعه يك جامعه داشته و در جهت تقويت زيرساخت‌هاي آن عمل مي‌نمايد.روش: روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي تحليلي است. داده‌هاي اين پژوهش از طريق مطالعه اسنادي (سالنامه آماري استان يزد؛ بخش قضايي ناحيه انتظامي استان يزد) جمع‌آوري گرديده است. در اين پژوهش به منظور وزن دهي شاخص‌ها از تكنيك دلفي و به منظور تحليل داده‌ها از تكنيك aras و به منظور تحليل فضايي از مدلidw استفاده گرديده است.يافته ها: پژوهش نشان مي دهد شهرستان ميبد با مقدار 1 در بهترين سطح و شهرستان يزد با مقدار 0.431 در بدترين وضعيت از امنيت شهروندي قرار داشته‌اند. به طوري كه شمال غرب و جنوب منطقه مورد مطالعه از احساس امنيت نسبتاٌ متعادلي برخوردار است و بخش مركزي استان يعني يزد؛ تفت و بافق نسبت به ديگر شهرستان ها از تراكم كمتري برخوردار است.نتايج: پراكنش فضايي احساس امنيت شهروندي در سطح استان يزد از متغيرهاي همچون ميزان جمعيت، تراكم‌هاي اداري نظامي و وسعت پيروي نمي‌كند به طوري كه قرار گرفتن شهر يزد در رتبه دهم از سطح‌بندي با بيشترين جمعيت و تراكم اداري نظامي و واقع شدن به عنوان مركزيت شهري استان يزد روشن كننده اين امر است.

Objective: Current century is named extra complexities age and security is one of the Substantial factors of development in human societies. The other meaning, security is prerequisite for social, economic, cultural and political development and associates to development levels of each society and for this reason, awareness of a society security statue has impressive role in problems cognition and their infrastructure enhancement. Methods: These research data are obtained through predicative studying (statistic annals of Yazd). In this research for weighting indexes, we use Delphi technique and for data analyzing ARAS technique and for spatial analyzing IDW model. Results: The research conclusions show that Meybod town has the best quality with score:1 and Yazd town has the worst condition with score:0.431 in citizenship security. Northwest and south from yazd are rather balanced in security sense and central districts of Yazd (Taft and Bafgh) have the less density than other places Conclusion: Spatial Distribution of Citizenship Sense of Security in Yazd Province does not follow variables such as population size, bureaucratic congestion and extent. The ranking of Yazd city with the highest population density and administrative-military density and being the urban center of Yazd province illustrates this.
