ميزان آمادگي دانشجويان و نگرش اساتيد نسبت به پياده سازي نظام يادگيري الكترونيكي

The Amount of Students’ Preparation and Professors’ Attitude towards E-learning System Implementation

هدف: دانشجويان و اساتيد به عنوان مهم‌ترين عناصر سيستم آموزشي، نقش محوري و تعيين كننده براي به كارگيري مؤثر و موفقيت آميز فناوري يادگيري الكترونيكي در امر آموزش و يادگيري دارند و اطلاع از آمادگي و نگرش آن ها جهت پياده سازي و اجراي موفقيت آميز چنين روشي ضروري مي‌نمايد. لذا پژوهش حاضر در راستاي جامه‌ي عمل پوشاندن به چنين ضرورتي صورت گرفته و با هدف بررسي ميزان آمادگي دانشجويان و نگرش اساتيد دانشگاه شهيد مدني آذربايجان نسبت به نظام يادگيري الكترونيكي طراحي گرديده است. روش: پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي حاضر بر روي 218 نفر از دانشجويان و 198نفر از اساتيد دانشگاه شهيد مدني آذربايجان در سال تحصيلي 94- 1393 كه با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه اي نسبتي انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. ميزان آمادگي دانشجويان و نگرش اساتيد نسبت به يادگيري الكترونيكي با استفاده از پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد سنجيده شد.‌ تحليل‌هاي آماري مورد استفاده در اين پژوهش، آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (جدول فراواني، نمودار ستوني، ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد، از آزمون‌هاي t تك نمونه‌اي t مستقل و آزمون F) بود. يافته ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه دانشجويان دانشگاه شهيد مدني آذربايجان براي شركت در يادگيري الكترونيكي از آمادگي در سطح متوسط برخوردار هستند. و همچنين نتايج نشانگر اين است كه اساتيد اين دانشگاه از نگرش موافقي نسبت به پياده سازي نظام يادگيري الكترونيكي برخوردارند. تجزيه و تحليل نتايج مشخص كرد كه بين ميزان آمادگي دانشجويان در دانشكده‌هاي مختلف براي شركت در يادگيري الكترونيكي، تفاوت معني‌داري وجود دارد. اما در مورد بقيه‌ي سؤال‌ها تفاوت معنادار نبود

Purpose: Students and professors as the most important elements of the education system have the central and crucial role in effective and successful implementation of e-learning technologies in the field of teaching and learning; and knowing their preparation and attitudes for successful implementation and enforcement of such an approach is essential. Therefore, the present study has been covered in order to fulfill this requirement and designed to assess the preparation of students and attitudes of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University’s professors toward e-learning system. Methodology The descriptive-survey study was conducted on218students and 198 faculty members of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University in 2014-2015 academic years, which were selected by stratified random sampling method. The amount of students’ preparation and professors’ attitude towards e-learning system were measured using a standard questionnaire. Statistical analysis used in this study is descriptive and inferential statistics (frequency tables, barographs, mean and standard deviation, one-sample t-test and F- test). Findings: Research findings showed that students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University have moderate preparation to participate in e-learning. an‎d also the results indicate that professors of the university have a positive attitude towards the implementation of e-learning system. The results analysis indicates that there is significant difference between the amounts of students’ preparation indifferent schools to participate in e-learning. But about the rest of the questions (the difference between students’ preparation according to their educational level and academic achievements) the difference was not significant.
