بررسي رابطه بين رشد فروش و بازده دارايي‌ها با پاداش هيأت مديره شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Investigating the Relationship between Sales Growth and Return on Assets with Board of Directors of Companies Listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

ركن اداره كننده و به عبارت ديگر قوه مجريه شركت‌هاي سهامي، اعضاي هيأت مديره آن هستند. سهامداران با انتخاب اعضاي هيأت مديره و اعتماد به حسن عملكرد و درايت آنان سرمايه‌هاي خود را به شركت مي‌سپارند و آنان نيز با بهره‌گيري از هوش و خلاقيت خود پس از انقضاي سال مالي سود مناسبي عايد شركت و سهام داران مي‌كنند. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي رابطه بين رشد فروش و بازده دارايي‌ها با پاداش هيأت مديره شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران انجام گرديد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي است و به روش توصيفي ـ همبستگي صورت گرفته است. جامعه اين پژوهش عبارت بودند از شركت‌هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران كه از سال 1393 تا 1396 فعال بوده‌اند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش حذف سيستماتيك تكنيك غربالگري تعداد 118 شركت و در كل تعداد 472 شركت – سال در محدوده زماني جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي پژوهش تعيين گرديد. ابزارهاي استفاده شده در اين پژوهش، گزارش‌هاي منتشر شده توسط بورس اوراق بهادار، ماهنامه بورس، نرم‌افزارهاي ره‌آورد نوين، صحرا و دنا و گزارش‌هاي حسابرسي، صورت‌هاي مالي و درگاه اينترنتي جامعه حسابداران رسمي مي‌باشد. داده‌ها نيز با بهره‌مندي از آزمون چاو و هاسمن، آزمون مانايي، همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي تحليل شدند. نتايج پژوهش نشان‌داد كه در سطح اطمينان 95% بين رشد فروش با پاداش هيأت مديره شركت رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد و همچنين بين بازده دارايي‌ها با پاداش هيأت مديره شركت رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد كه در نهايت هر دو فرضيه مورد تأييد قرار گرفتند.

The board of directors and in other words the board of directors of the corporations are the members of its board of directors. Shareholders invest their funds in the company by selecting board members and trusting in their good performance and wisdom, and they benefit from the company and shareholders by leveraging their intelligence and creativity after the financial year expires. With their intelligence and creativity, make a profit on the company and shareholders after the end of the financial year. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sales growth and return on assets with remuneration of board of directors of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is applied and is descriptive-correlational. The population of the study consisted of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange that were active from 2014 to 2016. Sample size was determined by systematic elimination of screening technique of 118 companies and in total 472 companies / year in the timeframe of data collection. The tools used in this study are reports published by the Stock Exchange, Exchange Monthly, Modern Access Software, Sahara and Dena, and audit reports, financial statements, and the Internet Portal of Accountants. The data were analyzed using Chua and Housman tests, Mann-Whitney test, Pearson correlation and linear regression. The results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between sales growth and company board remuneration at 95% confidence level also, there is a positive and significant relationship between return on assets and corporate board reward, which both hypotheses were ultimately confirmed.
