مقايسه رضايت كاربران از خدمات تصويربرداري قبل و بعد از اجراي سيستم ذخيره و انتقال تصاوير

Users’ satisfaction with imaging services before and after the implementation of picture archiving and communication system

مقدمه : سيستم ذخيره و انتقال تصاوير امكان پردازش، ذخيره و ارسال تصاوير پزشكي را به صورت الكترونيكي در بخش‌هاي مختلف بيمارستان‌ و همچنين، بين پزشكان و راديولوژيست‌ها فراهم مي‌سازد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعيين تاثير پياده‌سازي سيستم ذخيره و انتقال تصاوير (Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)) بر ميزان رضايتمندي كاربران از خدمات تصويربرداري قبل و بعد از پياده‌سازي PACS بود. روش‌ها : پژوهش حاضر مطالعه‌اي توصيفي- تحليلي از نوع مقطعي است كه در دو دوره ( دوره قبل از پياده‌سازي PACS و دوره بعد از پياده‌سازي اين سيستم ) بر روي كاربران سيستم PACS شامل 51 نفر از پزشكان و راديولوژيست‌هاي شاغل در بيمارستان نهم‌دي تربت‌حيدريه انجام گرفت. به دليل محدود بودن تعداد افراد، نمونه‌گيري انجام نشد و كل جامعه پژوهش وارد مطالعه شد. ابتدا، رضايتمندي كل كاربران از PACS بررسي شد و سپس رضايتمندي در دوره قبل و بعد از پياده‌سازي PACS (كاربران شاغل در اين بيمارستان در هر دو مقطع) مقايسه شد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌‌ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمارتوصيفي و آزمون ويلكاكسون و به كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 24 انجام شد. يافته‌ها : ميزان رضايتمندي كلي از خدمات تصويربرداري، 55/5 از 65 نمره بود. ميانگين ميزان رضايت از خدمات تصويربرداري در دوره قبل از PACS، از 65 نمره 7/23 بود كه در دوره بعد از PACS، 05/32 واحد افزايش داشت. اين افزايش از نظر آماري معنادار بود( 0001 > P ). نتيجه گيري : ميزان رضايت كاربران ( پزشكان و راديولوژيست‌ها ) در دوره پياده‌سازي سيستم PACS نسبت به دوره فيلم افزايش يافت؛ در نتيجه پياده‌سازي PACS منجر به بهبود رضايت پزشكان و راديولوژيست‌ها شده است.

Introduction: The picture archiving and communication system is a digital device designed for processing, archiving and communicating medical images with different parts of hospitals, physicians and radiologists. Therefore, the current study aimed to determine the impact of the system on users’ satisfaction with imaging services before and after its implementation. Methods: This cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study was conducted in two phases, before and after the implementation of the picture archiving and communication system, and on all physicians and radiologists (N= 51) working in Nohome Dey Hospital in Torbat Heidaryeh. At first, the overall satisfaction of the users from the system was evaluated, and then the result was compared with their satisfaction before and after the implementation of the system. A questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed by SPSS using descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon test. Results: The overall user satisfaction was 55.5 (maximum score 65). However, there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.0001) between the mean scores before and after the implementation of the system (23.74 and 32.05, respectively). Conclusion: The level of users’ satisfaction (physicians and radiologists) increased after the implementation of the picture archiving and communication system; as a result, the system can improve the satisfaction of physicians and radiologists.
