چكيده فارسي :
تحقيقات مروري نظام‌مند به عنوان مصداق بارز تحقيقات مبتني بر شواهد توانسته‌اند نقش كليدي در ارتقاي سطح علمي و رشد بازار ابري ايفا نمايند. تاكنون تحقيقات نظام‌مند فراواني در حوزه رايانش ابري منتشر شده، اما سؤال اساسي اين است كه آيا اين تحقيقات بر اساس فرايندي دقيق و با تمركز كامل روي چالش‌هاي كاربردي رايانش ابري انجام شده؟ و از همه مهم‌تر، از نتايج سازگاري برخوردار هستند؟ بر همين اساس، در اين تحقيق و در پاسخ به اين سؤال قصد بر اين است كه براي اولين بار با انجام يك مطالعه مرتبه سوم در حوزه رايانش ابري، تحقيقات مروري در اين حوزه شناسايي و از دو منظر روش‌شناسي و محتوايي ارزيابي و تفسير شود. جهت انجام تحقيق از روش تحقيق مروري نظام‌مند شامل دو گام اصلي استفاده گرديد. در گام اول، پس از جست‌وجو در پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي معتبر بين سال‌هاي 2011 تا 2016 ، 94 مقاله مروري بر اساس معيارهاي مشخص انتخاب گرديد و در نهايت، پس از ارزيابي كيفي آن‌ها با استفاده از يك ابزار معتبر، 76 مقاله تأييد شد. در گام دوم، بر اساس روش استنتاج مضمون، دو زمينه تحقيقاتي اصلي فناوري و كسب‌وكار در حوزه رايانش ابري شناسايي و پس از آن نگاشتي از مفاهيم و موضوعات مرتبط با هر زمينه ترسيم و سرانجام، با استفاده از روش «دلفي» سه‌مرحله‌اي مشتمل بر 12 خبره اعتبارسنجي گرديد. از منظر روش‌شناسي، نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه طي سال‌هاي اخير تعداد و كيفيت مقالات مروري افزايش يافته و همچنين، استفاده از مراجع راهنماي معتبر و ابزارهاي نرم‌افزاري مي‌تواند فرايند تحقيق را تسهيل نمايد. از نظر محتوا، در اين مطالعه معلوم شد كه بيشتر مقالات مروري روي جنبه‌هاي فناوري از جمله چالش‌هاي امنيتي ابر، تأمين منابع زيرساخت ابري مقياس‌پذير مطابق با سطح سرويس توافق‌شده، افزايش تعامل‌پذيري بين سرويس‌ها جهت كاهش وابستگي به فروشندگان ابري تمركز نموده‌اند. در نهايت، در اين مطالعه معلوم شد كه انجام تحقيقات مروري بيشتر با تمركز بر روي مباحث كسب و كاري و حاكميتي ابري مورد نياز است.
چكيده لاتين :
Systematic reviews, as a prime example of evidence-based research, have been able to play a critical role in promoting the scientific
level and the growth of cloud market. So far, many systematic reviews
have been published in the field of cloud computing, but the fundamental
issue is whether these researches are based on a precise process, with a
full focus on the issues and challenges of cloud computing, and also have
consistent results, or not? Accordingly, in response to this challenge, this
research intends to identify, evaluate and synthesize systematic reviews
in the field of cloud computing from the methodological and contextual
perspectives by conducting a tertiary study for the first time. A systematic
review method covering two main steps was used to conduct the research.
In the first step, after searching the popular digital libraries between 2011
and 2016, 94 articles were included based on specific criteria. Finally,
after qualitative evaluation, 76 papers were qualified using a specific tool.
In the second step, based on the thematic synthesis, two main research
themes including technology and business in the field of cloud computing
were identified and finally, mapping of the concepts and issues related to
each area were drawn up and validated using a three-step Delphi method
consisting of 12 experts. From the methodological point of view, results of
this study showed that over recent years the number and quality of review
articles have increased, as well as the use of guidance references and software tools can facilitate the research process. From the contextual
perspective, the study also found that the review research has been
focused more on technical aspects including cloud security challenges, providing scalable cloud infrastructure according to service levels agreements, and increasing
interoperability between services to reduce dependency on cloud vendors. Finally, the study
described the need for more review research focusing on business and governance issues
of the cloud.
