چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎي ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻧﺎﻣﺤﺪود و ﺑﺪون ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺳﺒﺐ دﺳﺖ اﻧﺪازي ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻫﺎي ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ و از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮدن آﻧﻬﺎ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻤﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺰ از اﯾﻦ ﻗﺎﻋﺪه ﻣﺴﺘﺜﻨﯽ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺟﻨﻮﺑﯽ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺮﮐﺰي ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد و وﺳﻌﺖ آن 2267 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ اﺳﺖ. دو ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺷﺪن ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻤﯿﻦ در ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزه 15 )1390- 1375( ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﻟﺰوم ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي دﻗﯿﻖ را ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ آﺗﯽ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن، ﻣﯽ ﻃﻠﺒﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﻋﻤﺪه ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﭘﻬﻨﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ زﻣﯿﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻤﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ژﺋﻮﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻣﻨﻄﻖ ﻓﺎزي ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در راﺳﺘﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﻖ ﻫﺪف ﻣﺬﮐﻮر، 10 ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي وﮐﺘﻮري و رﺳﺘﺮي ﺗﻬﯿﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮﯾﮏ از ﻻﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي رﺳﺘﺮي ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﺪ اﻣﺎ ﻻﯾﻪ ﻫﺎي وﮐﺘﻮري ﺑﺎ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ در ﯾﮏ ﺑﺎزه 0 و 1 دﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﯿﺎزي ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻮاﺑﻊ ،ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺿﺮب، ﺟﻤﻊ و ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﺎﻣﺎي ﻓﺎزي ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮروي ﻻﯾﻪ ﻫﺎ اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي 9.3 ARC GIS و ERDAS 9.1 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮔﺎﻣﺎي 0/4 ﻓﺎزي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻄﺎﺑﻖ را ﺑﺎ اراﺿﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن دارد و ﯾﮏ ﻫﺴﺘﻪ در ﺷﺮق ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آﺗﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ .در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ 5 ﮐﻼس ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﺑﻄﻮرﯾﮑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ؛ ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﮐﻢ ﺑﺎ 1717,3 ،ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮐﻢ ﺑﺎ 167,48، ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﺎ 108,54 ،ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ زﯾﺎد ﺑﺎ 76 و ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر زﯾﺎد ﺑﺎ 85,12ﮐﯿﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ، ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Today, many cities of our country, given the unlimited expansion without a program, thus encroaching upon the natural environment and destroy them. Khomeini also the city is no exception. This city, the southernmost city in the Central Province and covers an area of 2267 square kilometers. Doubling of Khomeini city in a period of 15 (1390-1375) annually required detailed planning for the future physical development of the city in the city, are required. The main objective of the present study, the proportion of the city zoning Khomeini geomorphological parameters using fuzzy logic model was and To achieve this goal, effective 10 index vector and raster maps were prepared and for each raster layers, based on field studies and expert opinion, a defined function, but vector layers by being in a range of 0 and 1 other did not need to define the function. After applying function, multiplication, addition and different amounts of gamma phase were also run on the layers. For this purpose, ARC GIS 9.3 and ERDAS 9.1 software was used. Finally, it became clear gamma phase 0/4 city status quo is the best match to suitable land for future development of Khomeini city and a core city in East seems appropriate. Finally, the final maps were classified into 5 classes. As regions respectively; Appropriateness very low 1717.3, low fit with 167.48, with 108.54 average appropriateness, suitability and proportionality too high 76 with 85.12 square kilometers, were identified.
