بررسي الزامات رفتاري ناجا در تحقق امنيت اجتماعي جامعة اسلامي مبتني بر منظومة ‌فكري مقام معظم رهبري(مدظلّه العالي)

A Study of the Behavioral Requirements of NAJA in the Islamic Community Social Security Realization Based on the Supreme Leader's Intellectual Point of View

استراتژي امنيت ملي بر بالاترين سطح، تمركز نموده و حسي از كل به دست مي‌دهد. استراتژي امنيت ملي با هدف حراست از وطن و پيشبرد منافع ملي در خارج و در عين حال، پاسخگويي به چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها، ديدگاه‌ها و آمال هر كشور در سرتاسر جهان را بيان مي‌كند. اين استراتژي تلاش دارد تا تضمين نمايد كه اقدامات پرشمار كشورها در خارج، به يك هدف مشترك خدمت كرده و يك ابتكار جمعي را شكل مي‌دهد. برهمين اساس، و با توجه به اهميت موضوع اين پژوهش با هدف تبيين نقش ناجا در امنيت ملي و تحقق دولت اسلامي با تأكيد بر ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري انجام گرفته است. روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر به صورت كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي مي‌باشد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش با توجه به فرمايشات مقام معظم رهبري در حيطة مفاهيم امنيت فردي، امنيت اجتماعي، امنيت اقتصادي، امنيت سياسي، امنيت قضايي، امنيت فرهنگي و امنيت دفاعي و مرزي و منطقه‌اي استخراج شده و ويژگي‌هاي استقرار امنيت ملي و شاخص‌هاي امنيت ملي از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري بيان شده است. همچنين، نقش راهبردي ناجا در ‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌تأمين امنيت ملي و تحقق دولت اسلامي از ديدگاه مقام معظم رهبري نيز تبيين و تشريح شده است.

The national security strategy focuses on its own highest level and gives a sense of the whole. National Security Strategy aims at protecting the home and advancing national interests abroad, while responding to the challenges and opportunities, perspectives and aspirations of each country around the world. This strategy seeks to ensure that the countless actions taken abroad serve a common purpose and form a collective initiative. Therefore, considering the importance of this issue, the purpose of this study was to explain the role of the Law Enforcement Force (NAJA) in the national security and the realization of Islamic government with an emphasis on the supreme leader's intellectual point of view. The research method is library and documentary. The findings are extracted from the Supreme Leader's commitments in the areas of personal security, social security, economic security, political security, judicial security, cultural security and border and regional security and security, and national security deployment features and national security indicators have been expressed from the official's perspective of Supreme Leader. The strategic role of NAJA in ensuring national security and the realization of Islamic State has also been elaborated from the perspective of the Supreme Leader.
