Local Clients Escape: Identifying Essential Factors Affecting Native Patients' Preference for Other City Medical Centers

مقدمه: مراجعه بيماران به مراكز درماني، انگيزه هاي لازم براي سرمايه گذاري در اين حوزه را فراهم مي­كند و بر اين اساس جذب بيماران بومي از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. بر اين اساس هدف اصلي اين تحقيق شناسايي عوامل اساسي مؤثر بر ترجيح مراكز درماني ساير شهرستان‌ها توسط بيماران بومي شهرستان سراب بود. روش پژوهش: اين تحقيق به روش اكتشافي در شهرستان سراب به انجام رسيد. بدين منظور تعداد 23 نفر به روش نمونه ­گيري هدفمند، به‌عنوان نمونه‌هاي پژوهش انتخاب و از تكنيك مصاحبه استفاده شد و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نظريه داده بنياد انجام گرفت. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه درمجموع 9 عامل ظرفيت، فرهنگي-اجتماعي، تنوع مراكز درماني، منابع انساني، تصوير ذهني و اعتماد عمومي، مديريتي، رفتاري، خدمات، و تجهيزات پزشكي به‌ عنوان اصلي‌ترين عوامل موثر بر ترجيح مراكز درماني ساير شهرستان­ها شناخته شدند. نتيجه ­گيري: بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، به برنامه ­ريزان مراكز درماني شهرستان سراب پيشنهاد مي­شود عوامل شناسايي شده در اين تحقيق را در راستاي جلوگيري از خروج بيماران محلي از شهرستان مد نظر قرار دهند.

Introduction: Referrals to medical centers provide the necessary incentives to invest in this area, and therefore attracting native patients is of paramount importance. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of Sarab. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify the major factors affecting the preference of medical centers in other cities by the native patients of Sarab. Results: The results showed that 9 factors of capacity, cultural-social, diversity of health centers, human resources, mental image and public trust, managerial, behavioral, services, and medical equipment were identified as the main factors influencing the preference of medical centers in other cities. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the planners of Sarab city health centers consider the factors identified in this study in order to prevent local patients from leaving the city for treatment.
