بررسي تاثير بهسازي روستاهاي هدف گردشگري بر توسعة پايدار گردشگري روستايي (مطالعه موردي: روستاي آبشار بيشه خرم آباد)

Investigating the Effect of Improving the Tourism Target Villages on the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism (A Case Study of Abshar Bisheh Village of Khorramabad)

بافت كالبدي روستاهاي ايران ، داراي الگوهاي بصري و زيبا شناختي، بوده و در اين ميان، بافت كالبدي برخي از روستاهاي كشور به دليل برخورداري از ويژگي هاي خاص معماري، تاريخي و فرهنگي به عنوان ميراثي ارزشمند و بجاي مانده از نياكان ما به شمار مي رود مي تواند محيطي مطلوب و جذاب براي روستاييان، با جذب بيشتر گردشگران به رونق و توسعه صنعت گردشگري در اين روستاها كمك فراواني بنمايند. لذا هدف از اين مقاله نيز بررسي تأثير بهسازي بافت هاي با ارزش روستايي در توسعه پايدار صنعت گردشگري، شناخت محدوديت ها و پتانسيل هاي گردشگري منطقه در زمينه هاي اقتصادي،اجتماعي و كالبدي و زيست محيطي و ارائه راهكارهايي براي توسعه صنعت گردشگري در روستاهاي مورد مطالعه مي باشد. نوع تحقيق كاربردي و روش تبيين و بررسي آن توصيفي- تحليلي و پيمايشي بوده است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه اي و مطالعات ميداني استفاده شده است. مطالعات ميداني، از طريق طراحي و تكميل پرسشنامه از دو گروه نمونه از روستائيان (186نفر) و گردشگران (120 نفر) روستاي آبشار بيشه كه به طور تصادفي انتخاب شده اند صورت گرفته و با استفاده از آزمون خي دو و تحليل واريانس به تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات پرداخته شده است. نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاكي از آن است كه بهسازي بافت با ارزش روستايي نقش مؤثري در توسعه پايدارصنعت گردشگري در روستاي مورد نظر داشته ولي جهت رسيدن به اهداف مورد نياز مي بايستي توجه ويژه در ساير بخشها نظير اجتماعي و فرهنگي و اقتصادي و زيست محيطي انجام گيرد

The physical texture of Iranian villages has visual and aesthetic patterns, and in the meantime, the physical texture of some villages of the country is considered as a valuable heritage and remains of our ancestors due to its special architectural, historical and cultural features. It can be a favorable and attractive environment for the villagers which attracts more tourists to help the prosperity and development of the tourism industry in these villages. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of improving the value of rural tissues on the sustainable development of the tourism industry, and to recognize the limitations and potentials of tourism in the region in economic, social, physical and environmental fields and also to suggest some solutions for tourism industry development in the villages. This applied research was a descriptive-analytical and survey kind of study. Library and field studies have been used to gather information. Field studies were conducted by designing and completing a questionnaire from two sample groups of villagers (186 people) and tourists (220 people) of Abshar Bisheh village, who were randomly selected and analyzed using chi-square test and variance analysis. The results of the study indicated that the improvement of rural value tissue has played an effective role in the sustainable development of tourism industry in the village, but in order to achieve the required goals, special attention should be paid to other sectors such as social, cultural, economic and environmental ones.
