اثربخشي آموزش والدين با رويكرد آدلر - درايكورس بر مهارت‌هاي عصب روان‌شناختي و رفتار اجتماعي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي

The Effectiveness of Training the Parents Through Adler- Dreikurs Approach on Neuropsychological Skills and Social Bahavior of the Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder

هدف: اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين اثربخشي آموزش والدين با رويكرد آدلر - درايكورس بر مهارت‌هاي عصب روان‌شناختي و رفتار اجتماعي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر نيمه‌آزمايشي با طرح پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه كنترل و دوره پيگيري دو ماهه بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، شامل كودكان دبستاني مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي و والدين آنها در شهر اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 98-1397 بود. در اين پژوهش تعداد 30 كودك دبستاني مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي با روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفي در گروه­هاي آزمايش و كنترل گمارده شدند (در هر گروه 15 كودك). والدين گروه آزمايش به مدت 10 جلسه تحت آموزش رويكرد آدلر-درايكورس (اميري، عليزاده و فرخي، 1393) قرار گرفتند. در اين پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌‌هاي اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي كانرز فرم والدين (بروك و كلينتون، 2007)، مهارت‌هاي عصب روان‌شناختي (كانرز، 2004) و رفتار اجتماعي (ماتسون و همكاران، 1983) استفاده شد. داده‌هاي حاصل از پژوهش به شيوه تحليل واريانس با اندازه ­گيري مكرر با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري 23SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه آموزش والدين با رويكرد آدلر-درايكورس بر مهارت‌هاي عصب روان‌شناختي (001/0p < )و رفتار اجتماعي (001/0p < ) كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي تاثير معنادار داشته است. نتيجه ‌گيري : بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر مي‌توان چنين نتيجه گرفت كه آموزش والدين با رويكرد آدلر - درايكورس با تمركز بر اصول بهنجار تعامل والد - فرزندي مي‌تواند به عنوان يك روش كارآمد جهت بهبود مهارت‌هاي عصب روان‌شناختي و رفتار اجتماعي كودكان مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه و بيش‌فعالي مورد استفاده گيرد.

The present study was conducted aiming to determine the effectiveness of training the parents through AdlerDreikurs approach on neuropsychological skills and social bahavior of the children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Methods: it was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest, control group and two-month follow-up design. The statistical population of the current study was the all the primary school children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder and their parents in the city of Isfahan in academic year 2018-19. 30 primary school children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder were selected through purposive sampling method and they were randomly accommodated into experimental and control groups (each group of 15 children). The parents in the experimental group received ten sessions of training AdlerDreikurs approach (Amiri, Alizadeh, and Farrokhi, 2014). The applied questionnaires in this study included Conners attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder questionnaire, parents’ form (Brook and Clinton, 2007) neuropsychological skills (Canerz, 2004) and social bahavior (Matson et al, 1983). The data from the study were analyzed through repeated measurement ANOVA method Using SPSS23 statistical software. Result: the results showed that training the parents through Adler- Dreikurs approach has had significant effect on Neuropsychological skills (p<0.001) and social bahavior (p<0.001) of the children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Conclusion: according to the findings of the present study it can be concluded that training the parents through Adler- Dreikurs approach can be used as an efficient method to improve Neuropsychological skills and social bahavior of the children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder focusing on normal principles of social bahavior.
