هزينه‌هاي طراحي، ساخت و بهره‌برداري هواپيماهاي مورد نياز ناوگان هوايي كشور

Costs of the Aircraft Fleet Design, Construction and Operation in the Islamic Republic of Iran

با توجه به مشكلات كشور در خريد هواپيما و فرسوده شدن هواپيماهاي ناوگان هوايي، بايستي براي پاسخ به اين نياز چاره انديشي نمود. يكي از راه هاي رفع اين نياز، طراحي و ساخت هواپيما در داخل كشور است. با توجه به بررسي هاي انجام شده، هواپيماهاي مسافربري حدود 180 نفره با برد 5000 كيلومتر يكي از نيازهاي كشور است. در اين كار تحقيقاتي هزينه هاي طراحي، ساخت و بهره برداري اين نوع هواپيما مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. همچنين، هزينه هاي موجود در كشور آمريكا بررسي و با هزينه هاي موجود در ايران مقايسه شده است. در تحقيقات انجام شده سه هدف اصلي وجود داشت، اول تخمين كليه هزينه ها به تفكيك مراحل مختلف طراحي، ساخت و بهره برداري، دوم آنكه هزينه هاي طراحي سهم بسيار كمتري نسبت به هزينه هاي ساخت و بهره برداري دارد، سوم آنكه هزينه هاي موجود در ايران كمتر از آمريكاست.

Due to the problems in the country (Islamic Republic of Iran) for purchasing aircraft and aircraft old fleet, a solution should be proposedfor this problem. One way to address this need is designing and manufacturing the aircraft in the country.According to the previous investigations carried out, 180-seater passenger planes with a range about 5,000 Km are part of the requirements of the country. In this paper, the costs of design, construction and operation of this type of aircraft has been studied. Also, the inventory costs in the United States of America have been investigated and compared with the costs in the Islamic Republic of Iran. There are three main objectives in this research: the first is to estimate the total expenditures in terms of the different phases of the design, construction and operation; the second concerns reducing design costs to much less than the costs of construction and mining; and finally, the third involves an analogy of the costs of design and production in Iran versus the U.S.
