چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ واﺳﻄﻪ اي ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ در اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ اﺳﻼﻣﺸﻬﺮ ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺟﺰﺋﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﻫﻤﻪ اﻋﻀﺎي ﻫﯿﺎت ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ اﺳﻼﻣﺸﻬﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 316 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ دادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد 169 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﮥ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي
ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﮐﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/86 ،0/81 و 0/91 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺳﺎزه آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﺎن ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ دادهﻫﺎ و ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺆاﻻت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و رﺳﻢ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي و ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 20 و Smart PLS ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 2/0 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد: ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺮ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ و ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ ﺑﺮ ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ
ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻢ داﻧﺶ در راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻧﻘﺶ ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞﮔﺮي دارد از ﻧﻮعِ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺟﺰﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was determine the relationship between social capital and organizational learning Given the Intermediate role of knowledge sharing among faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch. The present study is descriptive and correlational, with primary focus on least squares. The statistical population of this study consists of 316 faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch. Following Morgan Table and simple random sampling, 169 members were selected as sample of the study. The research was conducted through three questionnaires as, Social Inventory Organizations, Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire and Organizational Learning Questionnaire. Their Cronbach's alpha Coefficients were measured and obtained 0/81, 0/86 and 0/91 respectively. Moreover, they were narrative and content-related. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the distribution of data and to answer the research questions, and to develop a model for measuring. For this purpose, structural modeling of SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 0.2 were used. The results of this study showed that social capital has an effect on organizational learning and knowledge sharing as well as knowledge sharing on organizational learning. Also, knowledge sharing for the relationship between social capital and organizational learning has a moderating role and is a minor type of mediator.
