چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﮔﺬﺷﺖ زﻣﺎن و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﺴﺎيﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﯽ اﻋﻢ از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ، آﻟﻮدﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺻﻮﺗﯽ و ﻫﻮايﯽ، ﭘﺮاﮐﻨﺪهرويﯽ، ﻧﺎﺳﺎزﮔﺎري ﮐﺎرﺑﺮيﻫﺎ و ﻏﯿﺮه ﮔﺮيﺒﺎﻧﮕﯿﺮ ﻣﺪيﺮان ﺷﻬﺮي اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎيﺪار از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ روشﻫﺎيﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺣﺪاﻗﻠﯽ از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺳﻌﯽ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻌﻀﻼت ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ دارد. يﮑﯽ از ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ايﻦ اﻟﮕﻮ، رﺷﺪ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﻋﯽ اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﺑﺎ اﺻﻮل ﭘﺎيﺪاري اﺳﺖ. ايﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺳﻌﯽ دارد ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ رﺷﺪ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ و اﻧﻄﺒﺎق آن ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﺌﻮري ﭼﯿﺪﻣﺎن ﻓﻀﺎ در ﺳﻪ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺑﺠﻨﻮرد ﺑﻪ ﮐﺸﻒ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ايﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ ﺑﭙﺮدازد. در ايﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﺳﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ رﺷﺪ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ (ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﯿﺎدهﻣﺪاري، اﺧﺘﻼط ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي و ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ) در ايﻦ ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﯿﺮي از روش TOPSIS و ANP ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﭼﯿﺪﻣﺎن ﻓﻀﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Depthmap UCL اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪاي ﺑﻮده و از روشﻫﺎي ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ، ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎيﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ ايﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﭘﯿﺎدهﻣﺪاري و اﺧﺘﻼط ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي در ﺳﻪ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﭘﺬيﺮ از ﻫﻢﭘﯿﻮﻧﺪي و اﺗﺼﺎلﭘﺬيﺮي ﻣﻌﺎﺑﺮ ﺑﻮدهاﻧﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰايﺶ ايﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ، اﻓﺰايﺶ ﭘﯿﺎدهﻣﺪاري و اﺧﺘﻼط ﮐﺎرﺑﺮي در ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ ديﺪه ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. اﻣﺎ در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ در ايﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﭘﺬيﺮي يﺎدﺷﺪه ديﺪه ﻧﺸﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
As time goes on and cities expand, various issues, such as traffic problems, noise and air
pollution, urban sprawling, land use incompatibility, and so on, are plaguing urban managers.
Sustainable development is one of the methods that tries to improve the current problems of
cities by relying on minimal use of resources. One component of this model is smart growth,
which claims to be consistent with the principles of sustainability. This paper attempts to
explore the relationship between these indicators by examining the main parameters of smart
growth and its adaptation to the components of spatial arrangement theory in three urban
contexts in Bojnourd. In this regard, three main components of smart growth (pedestrian
capability, user mixing and public transport) in these contexts have been investigated using
TOPSIS and ANP methods. UCL Depthmap software has also been used to analyze space syntax
indices.
This research was a developmental one and observational methods, questionnaires and
libraries were used for data collection. The results indicate that walk-ability and mixed land
use indices in the three investigated contexts were affected by the connectivity and integration
of passages. However, in the study of public transport accessibility index, the impact of these
indices has not been seen.
