دارورساني يكي از مهم‌ ترين و پيچيده‌ ترين شاخه هاي داروسازي است كه امروزه به لطف به كارگيري علوم ديگر گسترش چشم‌ گيري داشته است. اين پيشرفت‌ ها به ويژه در حوزه مكانيسم‌ ها و سيستم‌ هاي دارورساني بسيار تاثير گذار و راه‌ گشا است. در اين مقاله مكانيسم‌ هاي هدف‌ گيري فيزيكي همراه با نمونه هايي عملي از كاربرد آن از جمله از ميدان مغناطيسي، نور و امواج فراصوت، هدف‌گيري غير فعال با بررسي كاربرد آن در دارورساني به بافت هاي توموري و هدف‌ گيري فعال با توجه به اختصاصات مربوط به اين نوع هدف‌ گيري مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. هم‌ چنين سيستم‌ هاي دارورساني توسط نانوحامل‌ ها در كنار توجه به مهم ترين ساختارهاي حامل نانوئي از جمله نانوليپوزوم ها، نانوذرات ليپيدي، نانوذرات ليپيدي جامد و دندريمرها توضيح داده شده است. هم چنين پيش‌داروها و حامل‌هاي سلولي و پيشرفت‌هاي آن‌ها به عنوان دو نمونه ديگر از سيستم هاي دارورساني توضيح داده شده است.

Drug delivery is one of the most important and most complex pharmaceutical branch that today due to use of other sciences is expanding dramatically. These improvements, especially in the field of drug delivery mechanisms and systems is very effective and useful. In this paper, drug targeting mechanisms such as Physical targeting, by progressing on the application of magnetic fields, ultrasound and electric fields is discussed. Passive targeting by its application on treatment of tumor tissue is explained. Active targeting with considering of the its Specificities is explained. Also delivery systems for drug targeting like Nanoscale Carriers including nano-liposomes, lipid nanoparticles, solid lipid nanoparticles and dendrimers is explained. At the end Targeted Prodrugs and Cellular Carriers and their progress as two other examples of drug delivery systems explained.
