بررسي ارتباط خودكارآمدي پژوهشي و عملكرد پژوهشي در دانشجويان دانشكده دندانپزشكي يزد در سال 93-1392

The Evaluation of Relationship between Self-efficacy in Research and Research Performance of Dental Student, of Yazd Dental College in 2014

مقدمه : دستيابي به پيشرفت و خودكفايي، در گـرو پـرداختن بـه تحقيــق و پــژوهش هدفمنــد و ســرمايه‌گــذاري بــرروي پژوهشــگران و دانشــجويان دانشگاه‌هاست. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي ارتباط خودكارآمدي پژوهشي و عملكرد پژوهشي در دانشجويان و دستياران دانشكده دندانپزشكي يزد در سال 93-1392 انجام شد. روش‌بررسي: در اين مطالعه توصيفي- مقطعي، دانشجويان سال آخر دندانپزشكي عمومي و تخصصي دانشكده دندانپزشكي يزد جامعه پژوهش را تشكيل دادند. داده‌هاي پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودكارآمدي پژوهشي و عملكرد پژوهشي جمع‌آوري گرديد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري SPSS نسخه 16و آزمون‌هاي T-test و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج: در مطالعه حاضر، 80 دانشجو با ميانگين سني 27.30±4.67 سال شركت داشتند. 22 نفر(27/5%) از افراد شركت كننده پسر و 58 نفر(72/5%) دختر بودند. ميانگين كلي خودكارآمدي پژوهشي 159.79±27.69 و ميانگين نمره عملكرد پژوهشي افراد مورد بررسي 11.02±16.37 بود. نتايج نشان داد. بين مقياس كلي خودكارآمدي پژوهشي با عملكرد پژوهشي رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد (pvalue=0.004,r= .03) . ميانگين كليه حيطه هاي خودكارآمدي پژوهشي بر حسب سن افراد مورد مطالعه (بجز در حيطه مهارت‌ها و تبحرها) اختلاف معني‌دار آماري نداشت (0/05< p). ميانگين نمره عملكرد پژوهشي برحسب سن افراد اختلاف آماري معني‌داري را نشان‌داد (p-value=0.023). اختلاف آماري معني‌داري بين ميانگين نمره كل و نمره حيطه‌هاي هفتگانه خودكارآمدي پژوهشي و عملكرد پژوهشي با جنسيت افراد مورد مطالعه مشاهده‌نشد (0/05< p). نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به همبستگي خودكارآمدي پژوهشي با عملكرد پژوهشي دانشجويان، آگاهي از سطح خودكارآمدي پژوهشي مي‌تواند برنامه‌ريزي بهتر، جهت ارتقا آن و به دنبالش عملكرد پژوهشي را در پي داشته باشد.

Introduction: Achieve to maximum progress and improvement, just depends on addressing targeted research investment and investment of researchers and students. So, the present study was accomplished by the aim of evaluation of the relationship between self-efficacy in research and research performance of dental student of Yazd Dental College in 2014. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all interns and assistants in Yazd Dental School were participated. The required data were collected by using the Self-efficacy in Research and Research Performance questionnaire plus demographic variables (age, sex and duration of using denture). The data were analyzed by SPSS ver.16 using ANOVA, T-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: In the present study, 80 students with the mean age 27.30±4.67 years were participated. Twentytwo students (27.5%) were males and 58 (72.5%) were females. The overall mean of self-efficacy in research was 159.79±27.69. an‎d the mean of research performance was 11.02±16.37. The results showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between the overall scale of self-efficacy and research (pvalue=0.004,r= .03). Based on the age, there was no significant difference in the mean score of self-efficacy in research in all aspects but in the areas of skills and expertise (p>0.05). There was a significant difference in the mean score of research performance in terms of the age(p-value=0.023). There was no statistical significant between the overall mean score and the score of seven parts of self-efficacy in research and research performance in the terms of sex (P>0.05). Conclusions: Regarding the association of self-efficacy in research with research performance of dental students, it can be stated that awareness of the level of self efficacy in research can lead to better planning for improving the research performance.
