چكيده فارسي :
از مهمترين اهداف والاي حكومت اسلامي تامين و برقراري امنيت در جامعه مي‌باشد، ضرورت امنيت در قران و روايات هميشگي و لازم شمرده شده است و پيامبران براي رسيدن جامعه به اين مهم، از خداوند درخواست جانشينان صالح را داشته‌اند تا تلاش آنان در برقراري امنيت بي‌نتيجه نماند. در انديشه‌ي امام خامنه‌ايي (مدظله‌العالي) نيز، امنيت مهمترين نياز كشور و جامعه‌ي بشري بوده و نيروهاي مسلح مهمترين توليدكنندگان امنيت هستند. امنيت ابعاد مختلفي دارد و يك جامعه‌ي موفق همزمان بايد به تمامي بعدهاي آن توجه نمايد و دراين ميان آن چه خود را از همه بيشتر در برقراري امنيت نشان ميدهد ، متصديان و متوليان امر ميباشند كه نيروهاي مسلح و بالاخص نيروي انتظامي مهمترين و اصلي ترين نقش را در همه بعدهاي امنيتي به عهده دارد. در مقاله‌ي حاضر ابتدا به نقش و جايگاه ناجا در تحقق امنيت جامعه اسلامي مبتني بر منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري پرداخته و سپس به نقش نيروي انتظامي در عرصه امنيت اخلاقي كه در جامعه بشري از اهميت و حساسيت بالايي برخوردار است و در صورت ضعف يا نقص اين بٌعد از امنيت، جامعه دچار آسيب هاي فراوان در تمامي بخش‌ها مي‌گردد، پرداخته شده است، در بخش ديگر، نقش ناجا در عرصه‌ي امنيت اجتماعي كه اصلي ترين و ضروري‌ترين بٌعد امنيت مي‌باشد، واكاوي گرديده است.

of the most important goals of the Islamic State is to provide security in the community, the necessity of security in the Qur'an and traditions has always been considered necessary, and the prophets have requested from Allah the righteous successors to achieve this, so that their efforts to secure security would not be in vain. In Imam Khamenei's opinion, too, security is the most important need of the country and human society, and the armed forces are the most important security producers. Security has many dimensions, and a successful society must pay attention to all its dimensions at the same time. In the midst of what is most important in securing security, officers and trustees are the most important and most important force in the armed forces, and in particular the police force. It plays a major role in all security aspects. The present article first deals with the role and place of Najah in realizing the security of Islamic society based on the thought system of the Supreme Leader, and then on the role of law enforcement in the field of moral security that is of high importance and sensitivity in human society, if weak or defective. After security, the community suffers a lot of damage in all sectors, In the next section, the role of Naja in the field of social security, which is the most important and indispensable aspect of security, has been analyzed.
