چكيده فارسي :
اعتياد و مواد مخدر مهم‌ترين چالش اجتماعي دولت‌ها به شمار مي‌آيد. قاچاق ، توزيع و مصرف مواد مخدر، در زمان كنوني ، شكل مخاطره‌آميز به خود گرفته و همچنين از رشد فزاينده‌اي نيز برخوردار است. اعتياد و مواد مخدر، علاوه بر بيماري‌ها و آسيب‌هاي فراواني كه براي فرد دارد، به‌علاوه با توجه به تبديل‌شدن مواد مخدر و اعتياد به ابزار جنگ نرم و تهديد عليه امنيت ملي از يك‌سو و منابع قابل‌توجه كشور خصوصاً در حوزه‌هاي فرهنگي از سوي ديگر، در صورت پذيرش اصل اقدامات رويكرد اجتماعي كردن پيشگيري از اعتياد به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين رويكرد در مصون‌سازي آحاد جامعه، چاره‌اي جز حمايت از سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد ، تيم‌هاي محله‌اي و مشاركت اجتماعي در اين زمينه نيست. مطالعه حاضر كه به روش مروري-كتابخانه اي انجام‌شده و عمدتاً به‌صورت توصيفي تحليلي هست، اين تحقيق درصدد است تا ضمن تبيين نقش سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد در برنامه‌هاي پيشگيرانه و ميزان تأثير سازمان‌هاي مردم‌نهاد در مبارزه با مواد مخدر، با ايجاد حساسيت افزون‌تر در بين سازمان‌هاي مرتبط، ضرورت ايجاد يك نهضت عمومي و فراگير در پيشگيري از اعتياد را روشن نمايد.

Addiction and drugs are the most important social challenge for governments. Drug trafficking, distribution and consumption are at present a risky form and are also growing rapidly. Addiction and narcotics, in addition to the many ailments and injuries it has on the individual, as well as drug and drug addiction tools and threats to national security on the one hand and significant resources of the country, especially in cultural areas, on the other, Accepting the principle of the socialization approach to addiction prevention as the most important approach to safeguarding the community is no other than the support of NGOs, neighborhood teams and community participation. The present study, conducted through a library-based review and mainly descriptive-analytical study, seeks to elucidate the role of non-governmental organizations in preventive programs and the impact of non-governmental organizations in the fight against narcotics by creating greater sensitivity among related organizations, Make clear the need for a public and inclusive movement in the prevention of addiction.
