The impact of the tensions between Qatar and Saudi Arabia on relations with other Persian Gulf states (2017)

هدف: هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر تحليل و بررسي اين موضوع است كه چگونه تنش هاي موجود بين قطر و عربستان بر روابط ساير كشورهاي واقع در حوزه خليج فارس تاثيرگذار خواهد بود و اهميت مواضع جمهوري اسلامي ايران در اين رابطه به عنوان قدرتي منطقه اي به چه صورت مي باشد؟ روش: مطالعه حاضر يك پژوهش توصيفي – تحليلي است كه با استفاده از روش كتابخانه اي ضمن مراجعه به اسناد شامل كتب و مقالات، بانك هاي اطلاعاتي و ديجيتال گردآوري شده است. يافته­ها: تنش ميان كشورهاي همجوار در منطقه اي كه مستعد تحولات بسياري است، ٍاثرات مهمي بر رويكرد كشورهاي داراي منافع خواهد داشت، تغيير ايدئولوژي كشورهاي شوراي همكاري خليج فارس در روابط با يكديگر و نيز تنزل جايگاه عربستان سعودي از رويكرد قدرت مآبانه اش از جمله اثرات مهم تداوم تنش هاي موجود ميان قطر و عربستان است. دوحه نيز منافع جديدي را براي خود تعريف كرده كه تداوم مناقشاتش با سعودي ها تا به امروز نشان از تغييرات ايدوئولوژيكي دراين كشور است. نتيجه­گيري: تمامي تغييرات ايدئولوژيكي كشورها به يكباره و در مدتي كوتاه اتفاق نمي افتد و قطعا با صرف هزينه هاي مادي ومعنوي، اين كشش در دولت ها وجود دارد تا ايدئولوژي خود را در راستاي منافع جديدي كه براي خود تعريف كرده اند تغيير بدهند.

Objective: The aim of this study is to analyze how tensions between Qatar and Saudi Arabia will affect the relations between other countries in the Persian Gulf and how important is the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this regard as a regional power? Method: The present study is a descriptive-analytical study that has been conducted based on the library method using documents including books and articles, digital databases and Internet resources Results: Tensions between neighboring countries in a region prone to many developments will have a significant impact on the approach of countries with interests. Changing the ideology of the GCC (Persian Gulf Cooperation Council) countries in their relations with each other, as well as degrading Saudi Arabia's position of power, are among the important effects of continuing tensions between Qatar and Saudi Arabia.Doha also defines a new interest for the continuation of grievances with Saudi Arabia to date indicates the ideological changes in the country. Conclusion: Not all countries' ideological changes happen all at once and in a short period of time, and certainly at the expense of material and spiritual costs, there is a tendency in governments to change their ideology in line with the new interests they have defined for themselves.
