اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﭘﺮﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻣﺎﻧﺎناﻟﯿﮕﻮﺳﺎﮐﺎرﯾﺪ و ﺑﺘﺎ 3-1 ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺎن ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫـﺎي رﺷﺪ، ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﻻﺷﻪ در ﺑﭽﻪﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎن ﮐﭙﻮر ﭘﺮورﺷـﯽ Cyprinus carpio ﺑـﻪ ﻣـﺪت 45 روز اﻧﺠـﺎم ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺻﻔﺮ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 0/5 و 1 ﮔﺮم ﭘﺮﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻣﺎﻧﺎناﻟﯿﮕﻮﺳﺎﮐﺎرﯾﺪ و ﺑﺘـﺎ ﺗﮑـﺮار3 ﺗﯿﻤـﺎر ﺑـﺎ 3 درﺻﺪ ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ﺟﯿـﺮه در ﻗﺎﻟـﺐ 12 درﺻﺪ ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ و 35ﮔﻠﻮﮐﺎن ﺑﻪازاي ﻫﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 3-1 ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ درون ﺗﺸﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﻼﺳﺘﯿﮑﯽ 40 ﻟﯿﺘﺮي ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ 30 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ آب ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد، اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺗﻌﺪاد 15 ﻋـﺪد ﺑﭽﻪﻣﺎﻫﯽ ﮐﭙﻮر ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ وزﻧﯽ 810±57 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ذﺧﯿﺮهﺳﺎزي و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﺗﻔـﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎزﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻐﺬﯾﻪاي ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ وﺟـﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷـﺖ 0/05>P وﻟـﯽ ﺑـﯿﺶ ﺗـﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﯿﻦ و ﭼﺮﺑﯽ ﻻﺷﻪ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر 1 ﮔﺮم ﭘﺮﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏ در ﻫﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺟﯿﺮه ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ )0/05

Effect of dietary prebiotic mannan oligosaccharide and β-1, 3-glucan (TechnoMos®) on growth, survival
and body composition of carp juveniles were investigated for 45 days. Experimental diets were prepared by
using supplementation of 0 (Control), 0.5 and 1g prebiotic MOS and β-1, 3-glucan kg-1 commercial carp
diet containing 35% protein and 12% lipid in a totally randomized design trial in triplicate groups. The
experiment carried out in 30 liters plastic tanks. 15 juvenile common carp with initially average weight
810±57 mg were stocked in tanks and fed up a day. The results showed no significant differences on the
survival, and growth performance and feed efficiency indices between treatment (P>0.05) but 1.0g kg-1
MOS and β-1, 3-glucan treatment had the highest carcass protein and fat (P<0.05). However, 1.0 g kg-1
MOS and β-1, 3-glucan supplementation in the diet of common carp juveniles can improve growth
performance index, survival, final production and body composition.
