پژوهش حاضر، با توجه به احساس نياز به پژوهش هاي علمي گسترده براي بسط مفهوم امنيت فرهنگي و شناسايي نقاط ضعف و قوت كشور ما و همسايگان هم سرشت و هم سرنوشتمان در اين زمينه، تلاش مي كند سهم و نقشي هرچند كوچك در تعميق و گسترش ادبيات امنيت فرهنگي داشته باشد. اين نقش آفريني از طريق به كاوش گذاشتن موضوع پراهميت نقش سازمان اكو در تامين امنيت فرهنگي كشورهاي عضو، انجام خواهد شد. دستاوردهاي اين پژوهش كه بر اساس چارچوب نظري سازه انگاري و روش پس نگري انجام شده نشان مي دهد كه سازمان اكو نقش مهمي در تحقق تامين امنيت فرهنگي كشورهاي عضو دارد و به دليل جايگاه، موقعيت و كارويژه هاي خاص خود مي تواند با تدوين راهبردها، طراحي سياست هاي اجرايي و نهادها و ساختارهاي پيشران و نيز تعريف نظام پايش و نظارت، نقشه راه تامين امنيت فرهنگي كشورهاي عضو در افق 1420 را طرح ريزي و بر دقت، صحت و پيشرفت اجرايي آن نظارت كند.

The present study, considering the need for extensive scientific research to expand the concept of cultural security and identify the strengths and weaknesses of our country and our neighbors in this field, tries to play a small role in deepening and expanding the cultural security literature. . This role-playing will be done by exploring the importance of the ECO's role in ensuring the cultural security of member countries. The achievements of this research, which is based on the theoretical framework of constructivism and retrospective method, show that ECO has an important role in achieving cultural security of member countries and due to its special position, position and characteristics can be designed by formulating strategies. Execute the executive policies and institutions and structures of the drivers, as well as the definition of the monitoring and supervision system, the roadmap for ensuring the cultural security of the member countries in the horizon of 1420 and monitor its accuracy, correctness and progress.
