"طراحي الگوي كارآفريني سازماني مبتني بر زنجيره ارزش در شركت تعاوني‌هاي توليدي روستايي استان گلستان " (مورد مطالعه : شركت تعاوني‌هاي توليدي مرغداران گوشتي استان گلستان)

Designing an Organizational Entrepreneurship Model Based on Entrepreneurial Value Chain in Rural Production Cooperatives of Golestan Province" (Case study of Golestan Province Poultry Farmers Production Cooperatives)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي كارآفريني سازماني مبتني بر زنجيره ارزش كارآفرينانه در شركت تعاوني هاي توليدي روستايي استان گلستان(مورد مطالعه: شركت تعاوني هاي توليدي مرغداران گوشتي استان گلستان) انجام شد. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و با توجه به اينكه روش گردآوري اطلاعات در آن ميداني مي باشد، مي توان آن را از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي-اكتشافي نيز به شمار آورد. جامعه آماري در بخش كمي شامل اعضاي تعاوني هاي فعال مرغداري استان گلستان مي باشد و همچنين در بخش كيفي شامل مطلعان كليدي و كارشناسان اداره كل تعاون استان گلستان و كارشناسان اداره امور دام و اداره ترويج جهاد كشاورزي استان گلستان و اساتيد راهنماي اين پژوهش مي باشند. ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 214 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺧﻄﺎ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دﻗﺖ ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ را ﺑﻪ 220 ﻧﻔﺮ ارﺗﻘﺎء داده شد. براي جمع آوري داده ها از روش ميداني كه بصورت مصاحبه نيمه ساختاري و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي SPSS20 و SmartPLS استفاده گشت. نتايج نشان داد كه فعاليت‌هاي اوليه و فعاليت‌هاي پشتيبان به عنوان عوامل موثر بر وضعيت تعاوني‌ها و كارآفريني مي‌باشند. به گونه‌اي كه ضريب مسير مربوط به فعاليت‌هاي اوليه بر وضعيت تعاوني ها و كارآفريني درآن برابر با 404/0 مي‌باشد كه مقدار اين ضريب مسير با توجه به مقدار T-Value برابر 106/5 معنادار مي باشد. همچنين به ترتيب بيشترين اهميت مربوط به عوامل اقتصادي عمومي و عوامل محيطي بوده است.

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing an organizational entrepreneurship model based on the entrepreneurial value chain in the rural production cooperatives of Golestan province. For this purpose, the Broiler Poultry Production Cooperatives Company in Golestan province was selected as one of the leading cooperatives for the study. The general approach of the present study has been based on a mixed research method with the dominance of a quantitative method. The target population in the quantitative section includes members of active poultry cooperatives in Golestan province and in the qualitative section includes key informants and experts of the General Cooperative Office of Golestan Province and experts of the Livestock Affairs and Agricultural Jihad Extension Office of Golestan Province and university professors. The sample size was calculated 214 through Cochran's formula, which was increased to 220 to reduce the error. Semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. SPSS20 and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that initial activities and support activities as key components of the value chain of cooperatives explain 54% of the changes in the dependent variable, ie the status of organizational entrepreneurship in cooperatives. Among the factors related to initial activities, after-sales service, inbound logistics, outbound logistics, marketing and sales and operations were more important, respectively. In the field of support activities, technology development and human resource management have been more important. Finally, general economic factors and environmental factors were identified as important components in measuring the development of organizational entrepreneurship of cooperatives.
