The Methods for Institutionalizing and Spreading the Memorial Ceremonies

بررسي شيوه هاي نهادينه كردن مراسم بزرگداشت ياد شهدا به نحوي كه اجراي اين برنامه ها ارزش و ثبات دائمي يابند و به الگوهاي رفتاري پايدار، ارزشمند و تكرار شونده تبديل شوند، هدف مقاله حاضر اين بود كه براي پاسخ به سؤالات از روش كيفي تحليل محتواي جهت دار و ابزار مصاحبه حضوري نيمه ساخت يافته استفاده شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش مسئولان و نخبگان فرهنگي، رؤسا و مداحان هيئت هاي مذهبي و مسئولان امور شهدا و برگزاركنندگان مراسم بزرگداشت شهدا بود كه با اشباع نظري، حجم نمونه براي مصاحبه 25 نفر شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از نظر مصاحبه شوندگان وزارت آموزش و پرورش با اقداماتي چون معرفي شهدا در كتاب هاي درسي و درج خاطراتشان و اهميت تلاش آنها براي دفاع از وطن، بنياد شهيد با تعيين مكاني خاص در هر شهر براي برگزاري مراسم شهدا و برگزاري مراسم حماسي و با شكوه، خانواده ها با اجتماعي كردن فرزندان و انتقال ارزش احترام به شهدا به آنها، رسانه ها با نمايش رشادت هاي رزمندگان، دولت با حمايت، ترسيم سياست ها، تدوين و تصويب قوانين مرتبط، تأليف و تدوين كتب، نامگذاري خيابانها به نام شهدا شيوه هايي است كه به نهادينه كردن مراسم شهدا كمك ميكند.

The present article aims at investigating the methods for institutionalizing the memorial ceremonies for martyrs in a way that those ceremonies gain perpetual value and turn into lasting, valuable and recurrent behavioral patterns. To answer those questions, we used the qualitative method of oriented content analysis and the study tool was semi-structured interview. The statistical society was composed of cultural authorities and elites, the heads and eulogists of the religious boards, as well as the authorities and holders of the memorial ceremonies for martyrs. The sample size for interview consisted of 25 subjects selected through theoretical saturation. The results showed that, for the interviewees, the following measures can be taken to help the institutionalization of the memorial ceremonies for martyrs: (a) Introducing martyrs in textbooks along with writing their diaries as well as the importance of their efforts in defending the homeland by the Ministry of education; (b) Specifying a special point in each city for holding the martyrs’ ceremonies in a heroic and splendid form by the Foundation of Martyrs; (c)Socializing the children and transferring the value of respecting martyrs to them by the families; d) Displaying the bravery of the soldiers by the media; e) Supporting these measures, specifying the policies, formulating and enacting the related laws, composing books, naming streets after the martyrs and the like by the government.
