نگهداري و تعميرات ايفاگر نقشي كليدي در بسياري از پارامتر هاي مؤثر آموزش همچون قابليت اطمينان، دسترسي، كيفيت آموزش، كاهش ريسك، افزايش بازدهي و ايمني تجهيزات مي باشد. هدف كلي فرآيند نگهداري و تعمير، افزايش منافع حاصل از انجام عمليات و بهينه كردن هزينه هاي چرخه عمر با در نظر گرفتن كليه ملاحظات ايمني و مقوله هاي زيست محيطي مي باشد. ‫لذا انتخاب يك استراتژي بهينه نگهداري و تعميرات به منظور افزايش قابليت دسترسي و اطمينان تجهيزات آموزشي بدون افزايش هزينه از الزامات يك محيط آموزشي مي باشد. عدم توجه به اين مسأله در حال حاضر يكي از مشكلات فراروي سيستم آموزشي سازمان آموزش فني و حرفه اي مي باشد. اين مقاله سعي دارد تا با بررسي بكار گيري تكنيك تحليل سلسله مراتبي (AHP)و مقايسه روش هاي نت موجود بهترين روش نگهداري تجهيزات و اموال سازمان را در كارگاه هاي مورد مطالعه معرفي نمايد.

So the selection of a maintenance and repair the optimal strategy in order to increase availability and ensure training equipment without an increase in the cost of the requirements of the educational environment. lack of attention to this issue now is one of the problems facing the educational system, the technical and vocational training. This paper is trying to use the hierarchical analysis technique (AHP and compare notes methods available the best way to maintain equipment and property of the organisation in the study workshops introduced.
