بررسي تاثير طرد اجتماعي اقليت غربت ها بر امنيت اجتماعي ساكنين شهر سبزوار

Investigate the Impact of Social Exclusion of Gypsies Minority on the Social Security in the City of Sabzevar

يكي از چالش هايي كه نظام اجتماعي قرن 21 را تهديد مي كند، مسئله طرد اجتماعي اقليت و تاثير آن بر امنيت اجتماعي افراد در سطح جامعه است. از آنجا كه طرد اجتماعي اقليت قومي غربت ها در شهر سبزوار موجب نزاع و خشونت بين اقليت و اكثريت شده و اين امر مانع تعامل بين آنها شده است، بررسي تاثير آن بر امنيت اجتماعي شهروندان داراي اهميت است. لذا اين تحقيق با هدف، بررسي تاثير طرد اجتماعي اقليت غربت ها بر امنيت اجتماعي ساكنين شهر سبزوار انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش، ساكنان شهر سبزوار بودند كه 240 نفر با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي انتخاب شدند و در دو سال متوالي 1394-1395 مورد پيمايش قرار گرفتند. داده ها از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته كه روايي محتوايي آن توسط اساتيد راهنما و كارشناسان علوم اجتماعي و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ (86%) تاييد شد، گرد آوري و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري spss تجزيه و تحليل شد. در تحليل داده ها از آزمون هاي همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون و تحليل مسير استفاده گرديد. نتيجه پژوهش نشان داد كه بين طرد اجتماعي اقليت غربت ها با امنيت اجتماعي ساكنان شهر سبزوار رابطه وجود دارد و اين رابطه نشان داد كه هرچه افراد و يا گروه هاي اجتماعي خاص بيشتر طرد شوند و در انزوا قرار گيرند، امنيت اجتماعي افراد جامعه را به همان اندازه به خطر انداخته و ادامه زندگي اجتماعي را براي شهروندان با مسائل و آسيب هاي اجتماعي ناشي از آن مواجه مي سازد.

One of the challenges that has threatens the social system of 21 century, is the problem of social exclusion of ethnic minorities and its impact on social security of people in community. Since the social exclusion of ethnic minority of gypsies in sabzevar leads to conflict and violence between minority and majority and it prevents interaction between them, Studying the effect of this problem on the social security of citizens is important. Therefore, this study has aimed to investigate the impact of social exclusion of ethnic minorities on the social security in the city of sabzevar. The population of this study were 240 citizens of Sabzevar and they were selected by using multi-stage cluster sampling formula and they were surveyed in two consecutive years from 1394 to 1395. Data was collected by researcher-made questionare which its content validity was confirmed by social science experts and its reliability by Coronbach`s alpha (86%) and were analyzed by using statistical software SPSS. In analyzing the data, the Pearson correlation test, regression and route analysis were used. The result has shown that there is a relation between the social exclusion of ethnic minority of gypsies with the social security of citizens of Sabzevar and this relation has shown that whatever people or particular social groups be rejected and placed in isolation, the more social security of population and citizens would be endangered and continuation of social life for citizens would face with problems and social damages would be caused by this.
