چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر به بررسي اثرات آب و هوا بر تصادفات جاده اي در محور قزوين- رشت پرداخته شده است. محور قزوين- رشت به طول 170.81 كيلومتر، كه از جمله راه هاي اصلي و مخاطره آميز استان قزوين و گيلان مي باشد،در اين بررسي نقشه پراكندگي تصادفات و احتمال خطر تصادف در هر يك از شرايط اقليمي (برفي، يخبندان، باراني، مه آلود و آفتابي) تهيه گرديد. داده هاي تصادف در دوره آماري 4 ساله(1389-1392) در لايه راه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. سپس با توجه به فراواني تصادفات در شرايط جوي و محور ارتباطي، طبقه بندي و نقاط مخاطره آميز مشخص گرديدند. در هواي برفي، فراواني درصد تصادفات43 درصد، در شرايط يخبندان، فراواني درصد تصادفات 21 درصد، در هواي باراني، فراواني درصد تصادفات 16 درصد، در هواي مه آلود، فراواني درصد تصادفات 11 درصد، در شرايط هواي صاف، فراواني درصد تصادفات 9 درصد و در تمامي شرايط جوي، فراواني وقوع تصادفات 493 مورد بوده و محور كوهين تا لوشان داراي حداكثرفراواني تصادفات است كه ازاين لحاظ ازجمله نقاط خطرناك محسوب
مي شوند. درنهايت بااستفاده ازنقشه هاي احتمال خطرتصادف و با استفاده از ضريب اهميت درهريك ازعناصراقليمي، شدت تصادفات و تلفات درافزايش روزهاي باراني و برفي مشاهده گرديد.

Road accidents are one of the most important factors in property and life loss. Important factors such as traffic safety, environmental variables and unfavorable climatic conditions play role in this end. In this research, road accidents on 170.81 km Rasht-Qazvin road, which is one of the most important and at the same time hazardous roads of Qazvin-Gilan provinces, has been studied as a map of accident probability in each of the climatic condition (snowy, icy, rainy, foggy and sunny). In this research, to study the effects of the climatic conditions on traffic, first the data from meteorological stations in central Qazvin-Rasht road for a period of 4 years (1389-1392) has been produced using EXCEL and ArcGIS softwares to plot the graphs and maps respectively. Then, the accidents statistics from NAJA traffic police as well as Qazvin road police for this period were collected & analyzed and the influence of the icy weather was studied and the results were provided. Due to the equal situations of accidents in a given road, it is likely to conclude that the observations are correlated to one another in any given place. Therefore, a rather new multilevel model was provided in this research as a solution to include the correlation in accident models. The research findings reveal that the probability of accident in snowy, icy, rainy, foggy and sunny weather is 43, 21, 16, 11 and 9 percent respectively. That is, the probability of accident in all climatic conditions is 493 percent. Meanwhile, Kohin-Loshan road has the highest probability of accident which is one of the most hazardous roads in this case. In this end, the severity of accidents and life loss in rainy&snowy days was observed using accident probability maps as well as importance coefficient of each climatic condition.
