نشاط و شادماني، پديده اي اجتماعي است كه نظريه پردازان مختلف عموماً آن را در ارتباط با فرايند نوسازي مورد بررسي قرار داده اند.. احساس شادي و نشاط به عنوان يك پديده روانشناختي و اجتماعي، تحت تأثير تجربه هاي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم افراد از شرايط متفاوت اجتماعي است كه انسانها براي دستيابي به زندگي سالم و تداوم روابط اجتماعي نيازمند آن هستند .براي حفظ سلامت و نشاط آحاد جامعه ضروري است زمينه هاي لازم براي همگاني كردن ورزش در كشور فراهم آيد. امنيــت بــه مفهــوم رهايــي از تــرس و خطــر و احســاس دوري از هرگونــه تعهــد، يكــي ازنيازهـاي اصلـي و اساسـي انسـانها از آغـاز زندگـي بـوده اسـت. امنيـت در ايـن معنـا، پيونـد عميقـي بــا ســاختارهاي اقتصــادي، اجتماعــي و فرهنگــي جامعــه دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نشاط اجتماعي و ورزش همگاني و همچنين رابطه ي آن بامقوله امنيت اجتماعي است.

Soual security with the meaning of freedom from tear and davger and feeling away from any eommitment has been one of the main and basis necessities of human being sinc begining of life. Security in this meaning , has deep linkage with economical , social and Cultural structures of society. This study aimed to indagate of social exhilaration and pubic sport and also it's Relation with The social security.
