مطالعه شيوه‌هاي تربيتي دانش‌آموختگان يك دانشگاه نظامي

Study of Educational Methods of Students of a Military University

تربيت از مفاهيم و پديده‌هايي است كه در خصوص معنا، مفهوم و رويكردهاي آن توافق كمتري وجود دارد و هر مكتب، برپايه جهان‌بيني خود، از تربيت تعريف ويژه‌اي مي‌كند. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، مطالعه شيوه‌هاي تربيتي دانش‌آموختگان يك دانشگاه نظامي است. نوع پژوهش كاربردي و روش تحقيق آن، پيمايشي بوده، براي بيان رابطه داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي كمك گرفته‌ شده است. جامعه آماري به تعداد نود و هشت نفر، شامل استادان، اعضاي هيأت علمي دانشگاه و كارشناسان تربيتي‌اند كه به شكل هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار تحقيق پرسشنامه بوده، در راستاي پايايي آن مي‌توان به مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ با عدد 0/932 اشاره كرد. اعتبار صوري پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته توسط استادان و خبرگان مورد تأييد است. اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ (محقق‌ساخته) جمع‌آوري و وارد رايانه شده و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارspss تجزيه و تحليل شده است. براي رسم نمودار و جداول از نرم‌افزارهاي excel و word كمك گرفته شده است. جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه به روش تمام‌شمار انجام‌گرفته است. نتايج نشان داد كه حوزه مجريان تربيتي با ميانگين 4/50 و حوزه محيطي با ميانگين 4/30، حوزه محتوايي با ميانگين 4/21 به ترتيب در اولويت شيوه‌هاي تربيتي احصاءشده قرار دارند. با شناخت اين شيوه‌هاي تربيتي كه به‌صورت جداگانه براي هر حوزه مطالعه شد، مي‌توان كيفيت اين شيوه‌ها را براي تربيت و آموزش دانشجويان در دانشگاه نظامي بالاتر برد.

Education is one of the concepts and phenomena that there is less agreement about its meaning, concept and approaches and each school, based on its worldview, defines education in a special way. The main purpose of this study is to study the educational methods of graduates of a military university. The type of research is applied and its research method is survey, Descriptive and inferential statistics have been used to express the relationship between the data. The statistical population consists of ninety-eight people, including professors, faculty members and educational experts who have been purposefully selected. The research tool was a questionnaire, in order to be reliable, we can refer to the Cronbach's alpha value with the number 0.932. The formal validity of the researcher-made questionnaire is approved by professors and experts. The information of questionnaire (researchermade) was collected and entered into a computer and analyzed using SPSS software. Excel and word software have been used to draw graphs and tables. The statistical population of the study was done by numerical method. The results showed that the field of educational implementers with an average of 4.50 and the environmental field with an average of 4.30, the content field with an average of 4.21 are in the priority of the calculated educational methods, respectively. By recognizing these educational methods, which were studied separately for each field, the quality of these methods for training and educating students in military universities can be increased.
