دستاوردهاي حقوق بين‌الملل در تحقق حق بر سلامت كودكان ناتوان

Achievements of International law in fulfillment of right to health in disabled children

كودكان ناتوان اغلب نيازمند مراقبت‌هاي ويژه سلامت هستند و نقص‌هاي طولاني‌مدت جسمي، ذهني و رواني دارند كه در كنار ساير موانع بر مشاركت مؤثر و برابر آنان در جامعه تأثير مي‌گذارد. علاوه‌بر مراقبت‌هاي درماني معمول، كودكان ناتوان به ارزيابي‌هاي مداوم متخصصان سلامت نياز دارند كه اين امر تا بزرگسالي آنان هنگامي كه تأثير نقص بر زندگي آنان تغيير مي‌كند، ادامه دارد. دسترسي به عناصر مراقبت‌هاي سلامت با كيفيت مطلوب براي آسايش و رشد كودكان ناتوان، بقاي آنان در كودكي و گذر به بزرگسالي، امري ضروري است. در اين پژوهش با بررسي اسناد بين‌المللي، اهميت حق بر سلامت براي كودكان ناتوان و لزوم توجه قانونگذاران دولتي و بين‌المللي موردِ‌شناسايي قرار گرفت و چالش‌هاي موجود بر سر راه تحقق اين مهم به دليل شرايط خاص اين گروه بررسي شد.

Disabled children often need intensive health care in health system.These children suffered from long-term physical, mental and psychological disabilities that accompany with other barriers, affect their effective and equal participation in society. In addition to routine medical care that everyone need, children with disabilities need ongoing assessments and considerations by health professionals, which should continue into adulthood when the impact of the disability on their lives will change. Access to health care elements with good quality and standards is essential for the comfort and development of children with disabilities, their survival in childhood and the transition to adulthood. In this study, by examining international documents in international law, the importance of the right to health for children with disabilities and the need for the attention of government and international legislators were identified and due to the special circumstances of this group, the challenges to achieve this issue was examined.
