Designing a Conceptual Model of a Comprehensive Entrepreneurship Education System: Dimensions, Elements and Components

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحي الگوي نظام جامع آموزش كارآفريني انجام شد. روش پژوهش، كيفي و مبتني بر نظريه داده‌ بنياد است. جامعه آماري پژوهش متخصصان حوزه هاي؛ برنامه‌ ريزي آموزشي، برنامه‌ريزي درسي، تدريس، روان‌شناسي و آموزش كارآفريني، بودند. هجده نفر نمونه به شيوه هدفمند انتخاب و با آنان مصاحبه درحد اشباع انجام شد. ابزار گردآوري داده، فرم مصاحبه نيمه ‌ساختاري بود. داده‌هاي حاصل از مصاحبه به منظور دريافت معاني نهفته بر حسب رهيافت گليزري كد گذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي شد. جهت تامين اعتبار يافته ها از روش بازبيني اعضا و براي افزايش پايايي از روش‌هاي؛ اجراي فرايند نظام‌ مند ثبت، ضبط و نوشتن داده‌ها، استفاده شد. شش بعد نظام آموزشي شامل؛ سياست‌گذاري، برنامه درسي، معلم، دانش‌آموز، تدريس و يادگيري از ديد صاحب‌نظران جهت دست يابي به عناصر و مولفه‌هاي نظام جامع آموزش كارآفريني تحليل داده بنياد شد. نتايج نشان داد در بعد سياستگذاري؛ نيازسنجي و تضمين كيفيت، در بعد برنامه درسي؛ استاندارد‌سازي برنامه درسي و بلوغ برنامه‌درسي، در بعد معلم؛ وي به عنوان برنامه‌ريز درسي و نيز مجري فعال، در بعد دانش آموز؛ خبرگي، توسعه شخصي، خطرپذيري و عزت نفس دانش‌آموز، در بعد تدريس؛ تعامل‌هاي پيوسته و پويا و در بعد يادگيري؛ يادگيري چند بعدي و يادگيري مستمر، از جمله بنيادي‌ترين مولفه‌هاي نظام جامع آموزش كارآفريني مي‌باشند.

The present study was conducted to design a model of entrepreneurial education system based on the elements of the education system. The research method is qualitative and based on Grounded theory. The statistical population of the study was experts in the field of management and educational and curriculum planning, psychology, entrepreneurship education, which was performed using Purposeful sampling with eighteen of them in a saturated interview. The data collection tool was a semi-organized interview in which the Strauss-Corbyn inductive approach was used to understand the meanings and themes contained in it.In this study, six elements of the educational system including educational process, curriculum, learning process, educational policies, teacher and student were examined and tried to form the components of each of these elements in order to form Identify the entrepreneurial education system. Based on the research findings, the most important components of the education process element (interactions and dynamics), curriculum element (standardization of curriculum and maturity of curriculum), learning element (multidimensional learning and continuous learning), policy element (needs assessment) an‎d quality assurance), the element of teacher (teacher as curriculum and teacher as active executor) and student element (expertise, personal development, risk-taking and self-esteem).
