چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش رهبري معنوي مديران در تعلق خاطركاري با ميانجيگري سرمايه اجتماعي معلمان بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي با تأكيد بر معادلات ساختاري بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه معلمان شهر ايلام به تعداد 1923 نفر تشكيل مي دادند، كه از اين جامعه با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده و بر مبناي جدول مورگان نمونه‌اي به حجم 340 نفر انتخاب شد. جمع آوري داده ها بر اساس سه پرسشنامه رهبري معنوي فراي و همكاران، سرمايه اجتماعي ناهاپيت و گوشال و پرسشنامه تعلق خاطر كاري شافلي و باكر صورت گرفت كه ضريب آلفاي كرانباخ آنها به ترتيب: 90/0 ، 91/0 و 87/0 به دست آمد. روايي سازه پرسشنامه ها از طريق تحليل عاملي تأييدي تعيين شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با به كارگيري دو نرم افزار SPSS و LISREL صورت پذيرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه رهبري معنوي مديران مدارس اثر مستقيم مثبت و معناداري بر تعلق خاطر كاري معلمان داشت. سرمايه اجتماعي داراي اثر مستقيم مثبت و معناداري بر تعلق خاطر كاري معلمان بود. رهبري معنوي بواسطه سرمايه اجتماعي اثر غيرمستقيم، مثبت و معناداري بر متغير تعلق خاطر كاري معلمان بود. بنابراين رهبري معنوي به همراه نقش ميانجي سرمايه اجتماعي داراي نقش مؤثري در بهبود تعلق خاطر كاري معلمان است. از اين رو توجه به رهبري معنوي و سرمايه اجتماعي جهت بهبود تعلق خاطر كاري معلمان ضرورت دارد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of spiritual leadership of principals in work engagement mediated by teachers' social capital. The research method was descriptive-correlation with emphasis on structural equations. The statistical population of the study consisted of all teachers in Ilam with 1923 people, from which a sample of 340 people was selected by simple random sampling method based on Morgan table. Data were collected based on three questionnaires of spiritual leadership Fry et al., Nahapit and Gushal social capital and Shuffle and Baker's work Engagement questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of questionnaires was respectively ./89, ./90 and ./77 obtained. The construct validity of the questionnaires was determined through confirmatory factor analysis. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that the spiritual leadership of school principals had a direct positive and significant effect on teachers' work engagement. Social capital had a positive and significant direct effect on teachers' work engagement. Spiritual leadership through social capital had an indirect, positive and significant effect on the variable of teachers' work engagement. Therefore, spiritual leadership along with the mediating role of social capital has an effective role in improving teachers' work engagement. So, it is necessary to pay attention to spiritual leadership and social capital to improve teachers' work engagement.
