هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر، بررسي تصورات و بدفهمي هاي دانش آموزان پايه هاي دهم و يازدهم رشته علوم تجربي دربارۀ مفاهيم نقل و انتقالات مواد از غشاي ياخته و پتانسيل الكتريكي غشاء است. تعداد 56 نفر از دانش آموزان رشته علوم تجربي مدارس شهر كرمانشاه در سال تحصيلي 1398-1399 براي اين پژوهش انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات، اوراق امتحاني پايه دهم و يازدهم خرداد 1398 بررسي و يك آزمون تشخيصي حاوي 10 سؤال بازپاسخ نيزاستفاده شد و با توجه به بدفهمي هاي موجود، يك پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحي و اجرا شد. پاسخ هاي دانش آموزان به سؤال هاي پرسشنامه و مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته(5نفر)و سرانجام نتايج حاصل از رسم نقشه هاي مفهومي و ترسيم اشكال، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. بررسي نتايج نشان داد كه دانش آموزان رشته علوم تجربي بدفهمي هاي زيادي در زمينه پتانسيل الكتريكي غشاي سلول، كانال ها و پمپ هاي غشاء، هدايت پام عصبي و سيناپس دارند و نمي توانند در بسياري از موارد شبيه سازي شده، آموخته هاي خود دربارۀ مفاهيم پايه اي را به خوبي مورد استفاده قرار دهند. بر پايۀ اين يافته ها ضرورت دارد تا در بازنگري برنامه هاي درسي زيست شناسي، توليد بسته هاي آموزشي مخصوص معلمان و دانش آموزان و آموزش ضمن خدمت معلمان، اهتمام و دقت بيشتري به عمل آيد.

The purpose of this study is investigating the perceptions and misunderstandings of tenth and eleventh grade students in the field of experimental sciences about the concepts of material transfer from the cell membrane and the electrical potential of the membrane. 56 students of experimental sciences in schools of Kermanshah city were selected for this study in the academic year 1398-1399. To collect information, the tenth and eleventh grade exam papers were reviewed and a diagnostic test containing 10 retrospective questions was also used and according to the existing misunderstandings, a researcher-made questionnaire was designed and implemented. Finally were analyzed Students' answers to questionnaires, semi-structured interviews (5 people) and the results of drawing concept maps and shapes. A review of the results showed that Experimental science students have many misconceptions about the electrical potential of cell membranes, membrane channels and pumps, nerve conduction and synapses an‎d they can't be compared in many cases, Make good use of what you have learned about basic concepts. Based on these findings, it is necessary to be considered Biology Curriculum Review, Production of educational packages for teachers and students and teacher in-service training.
