چكيده فارسي :
قوام و نظام سلامت جامعه و به تبع آن، كاهش اختلال ها، بي نظمي ها و نابساماني هاي اجتماعي، همچنين رضايتمندي از زندگي را بايد در خانواده جست وجو كرد؛ خانواده اي كه مهد و مامن تربيت و پرورش كودكاني است كه بسان غنچه ها و نونهالان بوستان زندگي جامعه ي انساني هستند و همواره رشد و پرورش شخصيت نوپايشان نيازمند نظارت و مصونيت در مقابل هرگونه خشونت، آزار و اذيت است. بدين سان پژوهش پيش رو با هدف حمايت از سلامت اجتماعي كودكان و تحكيم و تقويت زيرساخت جامعه اي سالم و معنوي بر مبناي اسناد فقهي و حقوقي، همچنين قواعد اخلاقي به توصيف و تحليل علل و پيامدهاي آسيب هاي اجتماعي كودكان با منشا خانواده و سازوكارهاي مقابله با آن مي پردازد. مطالعه نشان مي دهد، هرچند به موجب قاعده «الناس مسلطون علي اموالهم»، به طريق اولي افراد بر يكديگر سلطه ندارند و هريك آزاد آفريده شده اند؛ اما شرع مقدس اسلام، به دليل كم تواني، ظرافت و آسيب پذيري كودكان با رعايت مصالح عالي، براي سلطه و ولايت بر آنان قايل بر اقتدار است؛ از اين رو، عواملي نظير ناآشنايي و غفلت نسبت به تعاليم ديني و حقوق كودك، اختلاف و فضاي عاطفي نامناسب خانواده، عدم رعايت حق نسب و هويت، غفلت و ناديده انگاري مشكلات جسمي و رواني كودك، مي تواند به ازدواج زودرس، فرار از منزل، ولگردي و تكدي گري، سرقت، وابستگي هاي دارويي و انحرافات جنسي منجر شود؛ ليكن مسيوليت اوليه والدين و ثانويه دولت در تامين نيازهاي ضروري كودكان و ايجاد بسترهاي مناسب در زمينه ي شكوفايي استعدادهاي آنان، با تاكيد بر نقش مبلغان ديني، روانشناس كودك و مربي حقوق كودك حايز اهميت است.

Consistency and health system of the society, reducing social disorders, and life satisfaction should be sought in families. A family as a safe place to raise children, who are like buds in human society and their fledgling personality development always requires monitoring and protection against any violence and harassment. Thus, focusing on supporting the social health of children and strengthening the infrastructure of healthy and spiritual societies based on jurisprudential and legal documents and ethical rules, this study describes and analyzes the causes and consequences of social harms of children of family origin and mechanisms to deal with it. However, based on “People’s control and domination over their property", the study shows individuals do not dominate each other and each is free. But the holy sharia' of Islam due to the disability, elegance and vulnerability of children with observance of the best interests believes in authority for domination and guardianship over them. Hence, unfamiliarity and neglect of religious teachings and children's rights, disagreement and inappropriate emotional atmosphere of the family, non-observance of lineage and identity, ignorance of the child's physical and mental problems can lead to premature marriage, running away from home, theft, drug addiction and sexual perversion. The primary responsibility of parents and the secondary responsibility of governments in meeting the essential needs of children and providing a platform for developing their talents, emphasizing the role of religious missionaries, child psychologists and child rights educators are all important.
